The staff was amazingggg!!! Was very fearful of getting this procedure done however they made it worry freee !! The doctor and staff are AMAZING ! very friendly and patient .. anyone who visits for a appt will for sure love Mrs.Monique and Mrs.Diane they are the sweetest women ive everrr meet ! Highly recommend this dentist for any dental work your needing done their the bomb !
The Michael Jordan of oral surgery and his staff are the Chicago Bulls. I loved my entire experience from consult to surgery day. I chose local anesthetic and it was intimidating but not painful at all. I did not feel a thing. He guided me through let me know what he was doing. The women in his office have a motherly-grandmotherly touch about them which is always a plus. I highly recommend this office. Well worth the wait!
DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible in all aspects. Was in the room with the Dr. for less than 3 minutes Was told he could not help me, would not help me, and that is it. Was PROMISED my health Insurance would cover the cost of seeing him for less than five minutes I confirmed this with both the receptionist, and my Dentist. Then I was hit with a bill. When I called to discuss this with the receptionist she was extremely rude and unprofessional, simply not caring. If you want to do yourself a favor, RUN don't walk away from this place.
Just had him remove a broken wisdom tooth this morning. They were able to schedule me quickly. They did an excellent job keeping me comfortable through out the procedure. Him and his staff are top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone needing an oral surgeon. Thank you!

I had two wisdom teeth extracted this morning and had a wonderful experience! I came in very nervous but the Assistant and Dr. Schenck helped me relax so much. This is truly an amazing office. I will recommend all of my friends and family there
Doctor Brian Shenck and his team are so wonderful. I want to start off with their safe and sanitary working environment; they check temperatures and require hand washing and masks at the door, have sanitizer available, and limit the number of patients into their lobby. I am a 26 year old that was in need to have absessing wisdom teeth extracted and I have a needle phobia, and they were successful and considerate to oblige my wanting to use nitrous gas but made a plan for IV as a backup if needed. No matter what age, if you’re scared or nervous they handle you with so much care and kindness. During planning for treatment, they answered every question and concern and he and his staff are above and beyond thorough and transparent with communication, which is invaluable in the medical field. They were very good at making me comfortable and prepared for extractions; I was fearful but am very happy with how the experience and procedure itself went shout out to his assistant Jessie!. Doctor Shenck is an excellent oral surgeon, and the procedure was so affordable. They have thorough and informative instructions for aftercare, but they also have an after hours on call doctor that I contacted because I am just an over-worrier and he informed me on the best ways to care for my surgical sights. Thank you so much, Doctor Shenck. Update: I healed up great and they were still by me every step of the process. :
Dr. Schenk and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had gone to him for a second opinion and he saved my son from having some very serious problems from unneeded extensive surgery. He took his two wisdom teeth out and it was seem less. He is an excellent and caring doctor and we feel very blessed to have him taking care of our family.
