Great team coordination in this store! I went in pretty exhausted about broken devices, some stolen and they offered me options on replacing them all and I’m glad I did! They even took off an old screen protector as a bonus. All the techs and associates know their stuff and now my family is decked out as well as myself! Love the customer service and attention.

Either stop in and browse or order ahead on the app. The friendly folks here will take care of you fast and efficiently. Not once have they let me down. Even helping with sizing a watch band, Izzy took the time to walk me through the options and make sure I had the proper size before buying.

I went to pickup my prepaid order that wasn’t ready after ordering it at 11:00 am. They had no clue of where my order was or why it wasn’t ready. For what we pay for Apple products they needed to do better. The customer service hotline wasn’t any better. The person I talked to sounded like I woke them up for a nap. After getting transferred from two different departments I ended up canceling my order and just purchasing in the store

Worst place ever. If you want to be targeted and harassed by staff for no reason, come here. Don't disagree with them on something. They will start gathering staff and surrounding you, They think you won't notice, but they are too stupid to not keep staring you in the eyes. Then, when they are told to back off and keep their distance, they continue to get closer. Well, they can now deal with my lawyer, for harassment and targeting. The worst part is their own legal department said they were lying in the store when they said they couldn't lock a serial number and that the store staffs behavior was unprofessional and abusive.

Went in there to get THE back my phone fixed, when it was returned the FRONT right of the screen was damaged along still the back & they said that they could not reverse it forme, I have to pay $500 to get a new phone , and that is my ONLY option. I asked them if they could only fix the front screen because the front of the screen was PERFECTLY fine before I took in & they said only for $500. To sum it up , went in there for the back of the phone being messed & left with the front and back being messed up. Joe the manager had no empathy whatsoever, pretty much had a smirk at the end and kept on repeating “at this point your only option is to pay $500 for a new phone replacement. Honestly the lack of care made it worse , but there should be some sort but policy in place that if THEY cause the damage they should fix it?!! EVEN if it did mean giving me another phone like I would have been fine if they didn’t fix my phone and returned it in the same condition I got it.

I came here to pick up an iMac I ordered online. I was immediately greeted and only waited about 2 minutes to receive the computer. The store was crowded on a weekday afternoon but I was promptly assisted and out of the store in 5 minutes. I've had my Macbook for nine years so it was time for a new computer, so far I'm very satisfied.

Don’t bother coming here to buy anything unless you’ve bought online and scheduled a pickup. Came an hour before closing and the lady said they weren’t selling. She said I could only browse. What’s the point of browsing if you can’t buy anything? Never wasting another hour trip to come here again. I expected better from Apple, but ended up with the worst customer service I’ve seen from any store.

I am giving a 5 star for service, NOT for the wait or distance to the Apple Store. This was my first visit to this store, although I have been using iPhones for many years. I drove 40 minutes from Harrisburg and it was worth it my time, they solved my problems. Very friendly and professional staff. The wait for tech support however was 1.5 hours. If you could, don’t go on a Sunday!

The pixels on my phone and my speak all failed due to no fault of my own. I went to this store and had a good experience, I told the guy I just wanted the speaker fixed and didn’t care about the screen to much because it was just a small section and you couldn’t see it to bad. He’s said all good we will just replace it and I said sure okay, signed all there documents to get the new phone however they had to order it which was fine. I was on my way home and was in a miner accident and i guess my 1 camera lens cracked which I didn’t notice till later. I got a call the next day that my phone was in and went to go pick it up and when I handed the guy the phone he said they shouldn’t have fully replaced the phone which he checked over and saw the small crack which I hadn’t even noticed until then, he said because of this they will no longer give me the new phone and I’m stuck with that one and there is nothing they can do other then replace everything for 599. So I went from free signing all the papers to then oh well we take it back but we can charge you 599. Seriously. They just awful service and very scammy since the phone is less then a year old and still under warranty.

I took my iPod touch in to get the audio jack cleaned out but they weren't really able to help me. They had me wait for about 30 minutes just to tell me that they didn't really have a way to clean the jack out. I wasn't too impressed with that kind of customer service.
