Came here the other day because my silence button on my iPhone was broken and the employeeI forgot their name that helped was very nice and was able to fix it really quickly and they were also very helpful with setting up apple care on my phone as well since my limited warranty was about to expire. Would definitely come here again in the future, it’s also wayyy less crowded then the Walnut Street apple store which is pretty good because i was able to be in and out and I got as able to get a quicker appointment date here than if I had went to the walnut street one. Highly recommend.
I went to research some phones and cases and hopefully make a purchase. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful! They helped me find the things I was looking for, told me about what they did and didn’t have in stock and options to get it if it wasn't, answered all of my questions, and really went above and beyond the call to try to help me fix an order that I messed up watch out every part of every screen when placing online orders and scroll down past the blanks to the bottom menu on every screen and proofread every element, because even when you have set your preferred store while you are in the store and then begin an online order, and then place the items in your cart as pickup from that store, the apple software can STILL switch you to different stores mid-order — they put in a LOT of time and effort! I had a great experience there and highly recommend them!
Customer service is very poor at this location. Salespeople seem to have the same knowledge of computers as me which is not helpful. I went in ready to spend a lot of money on a new computer, and finally left after wasting more than an hour without buying anything. I had several fairly basic questions I wanted to get answered, and the salesperson had no idea how to handle them. Then he left me hanging after saying he would get help from a manager and started helping other customers. Eventually I gave up and left. No one noticed me leave, though there were many salespeople standing around chatting to each other. Very frustrating. At home, five minutes of Googling the Apple website told me what I needed to know.
Took our phone here that wouldn't hold a charge and was told the charging pins were bent and the only option was to buy an entirely new phone, no other options. Just took the phone to a local repair shop and they said the battery was dead and replacing the battery fixed the issue. Really disappointing Apple didn't even take the time to try and diagnose the issue, just pushed me towards buying a new phone. I'd be out $600 if I had just taken their word.
Very rude worker, poor customer service from some members of the genius team. The first man that greeted us was very polite, but the experience overall left much to be desired. Please work on being more polite and kind! Thank you.
Went in to pick up an iPhone, had to pre-schedule the time slot. Arrived 5mins before, checked in and explained I needed to pick up and also discuss my upgrade options as well. Was told to “hang around here and someone will come get me”. 15 mins later, I went back and was THEN told to go to order pick up….wait you have an area for order pick up?? The guy wasn’t even interest that he wasted my time and brushed me off. Spent another 45 mins waiting so what’s the point of a pre-slot???? The second guy told me I would need to book an apt to discuss upgrades, and I said well why wasn’t I booked for 1 at the same time? And even after explaining it to him he did not offer one at all. I also asked to change the card that will be charged for the phone, he said it could happen once I get my phone. Is it me or do they not have a clue? A third guy came and handed me the phone and said all done, and when I questioned about payment he said you can’t change it. It was a Sunday, NOT BUSY AT ALL and luckily free parking otherwise I think I would send my parking receipt to this store as they have no account for timing! When I received an email for a survey, believe me I put the actual events and asked for follow up. That follow up happened 4 days later disappointing whilst at work so I said call me in the afternoon. Well surprise surprise no one did and probably closed out the case as all “ok” hence my review will stand at 1 stars and 0 if I could. This store is unhelpful, unfriendly, uninterested and really waste your time. Since the first guy was the initial touch point of apple when you enter the store, he needs to brush up on his customer service 100%, stop wasting customers times and actually apologize for your lack of interest. They also gave someone else’s phone to another customer and this caused a big issue right in front of everyone. How can you mix this up??? Never returning back to this store. Wish I had read reviews at this store before going in as I am clearly not the only one…..!
Three worst days of my life in ascending order: The day of my daughter’s death The day I learned my wife cheated on me The day I went into this FETID Apple Store Okay, that might be something of an overstatement, but the fact remains that the customer service here is abysmal. I have not spoken to a living soul who has enjoyed this place. The staff are rude. The prices are somehow higher than at other nearby stores. And it seems as if a miasma of despair always hangs about the place. Do yourself a favor, buy your phone somewhere else.
I’m really upset with Apple, I been waiting over a month to get a recovery account. They emailed me and said l would be able to gain access today now supposedly it was cancelled. Due to Apple Watch being on but NO ONE told me that it needed to be off! Now I don’t have access until I don’t know when! I’m furious and I’m really thinking about changing to Samsung Galaxy. I have lost lots clients and business because I don’t have access to phone! I will be speaking to my lawyer to see what actions I can take towards this company.
My friend went here to buy a new phone and the employees were extremely rude to all of us. They kept pressuring her to buy applecare, more storage, and other accessories that she said dozens of time she didn’t want. They suggested that she needed the storage “for selfies” and that she was “breaking my the employee’s heart” for not buying applecare. When she asked if there was a student discount, a different employee said yes and then sarcastically repeated her total before telling her that there was no discount. Do NOT shop here.
The customer service at the Apple store is incredible. There was no wait time. Shawn helped me and another woman work out our phone issues simultaneously.
