Take a hike adventuring through the "secret" cave if you like hiking and have time. Well worth the drive to visit this beach!

What an incredible beach. We stayed at Bay shore landing and took our dogs there for the day and had the beach to ourselves! This is for sure a bucket list beach reminds me of Hawaii we will definitely be back!

Nice sandy beach just north of cape Arago. Go south to the cape and you will be hard pressed to find such an exposed beach where you can fly kites to hearts contentment. Easy access also.

Nice beach to view king tides but be aware it could sneak up on you! and take your dog for a walk. A bit.

What a wonderful beach. We went to Coos Bay to see my nephew and he recommended this place. Collected a little sand and some pics breathed in the ocean smells and loved every minute of it.

Came here several times this summer to cool off and enjoy the surf , will come back again , good parking

Big broad beach, long & wide. Seems to be sandy too because I see surfers & boogie boarders ie no rocks to worry about. I see dogs leash free. One kid flying a kite with help of dad. Decent waves for playing around ‍‍. And now the sun came out !

Great place for a picnic, fishing,, surfing, fly a kite, all kind of ideas.
