The park is over ran with tweakers, drunks and a manager who doesn't do sh!t. The price of rent isn't bad but still not worth it. Everything is falling apart, the power system is out of date and power boxes falling apart, the shower/bathrooms are disgusting, the laundry room isn't bad, LOTS OF THIEF'S in the park, they'll take anything not bolted down and manager thinks it's funny.
Rent is goodish power goes out often sometimes yelling but close to a gas station, liquor store, and many small businesses that are well priced.
eh, it's not really ghetto but it's pretty dry, a good amount of tweakers but it's not hella bad, the bathrooms suck though, gotta get a key from the manager to use them every time and the showers are really dirty and you have to bring your own toilet paper
Used to live there.... still have friends/family that are there and we are always welcome there.
Friendly people, but it is for month to month rent, no restroom offered not shower included! Need to be self contained for this park
This place is its own little world. Not really sure how to describe it. Would only recommend it to those who are well acquainted with the lifestyle of the locals there. Ha!
This is not a place you want to visit much less live if I could give it less than 1 * I would. The place is a dump the city should shut it down. Not managed at all
