Breezy Palms Resort On The Bay.

Bare bones park. Convenient location. Decent price for the area no discount programs allowed. Tight area to negotiate with a bigger rig. Sites are not level and are a mixture of weeds, grass and sand see my pictures but there is a poured concrete patio. Cable only offered to long-term residents and most are long-term. Wifi too slow to bother with. No amenities otherwise. Some traffic noise but not overwhelming.

Breezy Palms RV Park is a great place. There is wifi here, a clubhouse, two open bathroom/shower rooms and laundry. Some sites are lived on all year but most are not. There is no pool here. People come here for the quiet. Its busy here for the winter months so reserve early for that.

An Amazing place .Great People Great location especially if you like to Fish..

We have been here for exactly 3 weeks. The Price is Right, only $500 per month plus electric, plus amenities. There is a clubhouse with pool table and some other kind of game plus a television and movies and things like that. That's rather nice. It also has bathrooms and showers, and a laundry room. It is a quiet safe Park to live in. The sites are rather close together, so you can hear some of the conversations your neighbors are having.. Other than that, the management seems to be nice. So are the people that live here.

Called on Friday at 10 in the morning and they got me right in there. 3 day stay was very pleasant with a large full time community. Manager even allowed me to borrow his ladder to patch a leak. On top of that it is right on the bay and is very down to earth. Facilities were clean from trash and cobwebs. There was even an air conditioned club house. Outstanding in our eyes! The best privately owned park we have stayed at yet!

I lived here for a while after I moved out of my ex's house, so I could continue working in Melbourne. I must say, it's been a wonderful experience. My neighbors were very friendly, the manager was helpful and ALWAYS available. He may have been a bit unprofessional, but it was in the friendly way, not the disrespectful way. I would live here indefinitely if all of my friends and family weren't an hour and a half away.

My husband Perry and I have lived here at Breezy Palms 2 years this coming July and we've loved it. The managers Patrick and Juliette couldn't be better at what they do. The long-term and snowbird neighbors we have are all really nice and we've had no problem with anyone. The park is sort of laid back, which we love, but like any business you have to have some rules to make things run smoothly. If you are looking for a nice quite park and at a great price I couldn't recommend a better one.

A good place to call home when you don't have any home to go to!

This park is great. The price is right for the fun and entertainment that was offered. The people from all over the country were very friendly and helpful. We had pot luck where everyone brought a dish. Home cooking is the best. Bingo night was a lot of fun. I would recommend this park to any RVers who like social functions and quiet nights. Management was very courteous and made the property attractive with lots of flowers.

We're really enjoying our winter season here at Breezy Palms.
