I had recently moved to the area and this office was very highly recommended to me. My initial experience back in March was fine but for the past three months I have been trying to get the staff to call in my prescription with no success. Each time I have called I have very politely explained that my pharmacy never received the call to fill the prescription. The person on the phone usually just says, “uh huh, yeah,” until I end the call thinking they understood the situation and were going to call the prescription in. This is obviously not the case. I am exhausted from being given the confused old man treatment and my visit to get my prescription was a complete waste of time and money and now I’ve got to take off work again to try and get another prescription written that has now been out for some time. This is the kind of stuff that keeps me on medication for high blood pressure in the first place.

Went in for a refill because they refuse to give more than 2 months of bp meds at a time. Wrong dosage called in. I called to get the right meds called in, it took another week, and they only called in 14 pills. Called and asked to call in the full prescription, and they told me I had to come back in to be seen again. Been going to this place for over a year. I have insurance that I pay for and then received a bill for the appointment for a refill charged with things that did not happen at the visit. I am officially finding a new dr and hopefully will get a prescription from somewhere quickly, because these guys obviously do not care about my well being. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

I have seen Teresa Crockett twice to establish a new pcp. Both times were very pleasant from front desk to check out. The lady who draws blood is very good at what she does!!! I was however informed Ms Crockett is retiring, so we'll see how the next visit goes.

I went to them because my doctor who I usually see at a different place was not taking walk in that day and I was having problems breathing. Me and my husband was back there seeing the doctor within 20 minutes. She listened to me and took care of me within an hour I was out the door getting my medicine. I'm grateful for them. Teresa Crockett and staff are great!

Worst clinic to go to in Byhalia . There’s a lady “Tammy” who works there at the front desk and neglects patient paperwork & does NOT do her job. We pulled in and called to let them know we were here, because my boyfriend had called the day before and told him what time to come in. So, Tammy claimed “we can’t give you a covid test and other tests such as strep or flu”.She was making it seem like she’s refusing medical treatment. We arrived early to get these tests done, Tammy came out and had my boyfriend fill out the paperwork, then she took the paperwork and took off. We didn’t see her again. We waited AN HOUR , we called back and spoke to the Doctor , we even spoke to her in person and she even claimed that the lady did not do her job and there have been numerous complaints about her in the past . So, my thing is why hasn’t Tammy been reported, suspended or fired? Because this is malpractice - any knowingly mistreatment or neglect is considered malpractice. This place has 0 communication skills and to make matters worse, they have coworkers “sticking up for another” . We went in there to ask another employee what Tammy’s name was before we found out what her name was , and the lady said “I don’t feel comfortable giving that out” . Excuse me??? There’s a reason why we’re asking - it’s because she wanted to stick up for Tammy and cover for her. This place is all sorts of unprofessional , no communication, and you got employees who do not put the business before their friendships and they also lie. And Tammy, I hope you see this and know that you will be dealt with in a legal matter .

They cancelled my appointment without telling me. I took a day off work and drove the 45 minutes there to be treated rudely. They said my phone number was disconnected and had documentation that they called several weeks before to notify me. Issue is, I booked my appointment less than a week in advanced and my phone number is not disconnected. They lied and wasted my time. Absolutely uselss.

Went for blood work for prescription refills. They were nice and when I explained what was going on they took the time to listen. They didn't badger me about anything nor argue with me about my reasons for wanting my hormones checked. Actually got into an argument at previous dr for the exact same thing I told Dr Brittney. She listened and agreed and is just awesome. Felt at ease here, so most definitely going to go back.

WORST doctors experience ever! DO NOT go here. Staff is poorly trained and very unprofessional. Doctor is very rude as well and very disregarding. I had to go back 3 times, first time I went I explained my symptoms very clearly and what infection I believed I had, she disregarded me and misdiagnosed me, also giving me wrong antibiotics. I went back a second time explaining my symptoms once again and how I was sure what infection it was, doctor insisted on telling me I was wrong, but tested me anyways. SURPRISE, my test results came back positive for the infection I was sure I had! So I had to come back for a third time just to get antibiotics which could have easily been sent to my pharmacy, I then came in for the third time. She gave me the WRONG antibiotics which made me very sick. So I called in and explained how sick they were making me and asked if she could send me another prescription of something else. She told me NO and that I would have to come in AGAIN for that! I am a single mother, a full time student, and I have a job, I explained how difficult it is for me to come in and that I desperately need to get rid of my infection, she still told me no. This is the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had. I will never be back.

The best and most informed doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She knows how to help a very low income household. She is extremely sweet! She truly cares about all patients. Also, the staff is always very kind to me. I guess, if you are respectful to them, you will be respected. Others want to complain about visits taking too long, but if they would show up a little early for processing, the doctors wouldn't run so behind. Thank you, Dr. Donica and staff!

I would NOT RECOMMEND seeing Ashley Johnson under any circumstance. Her bedside manner is absolutely atrocious. She has no empathy and instead of trying to listen to “her” patient, she constantly interrupts and tells them that she’s not writing prescriptions for the illness. I was not in her office asking for any medications. I was looking for a primary care physician and trying to tell her about my medical history and the current medications I am prescribed by my neurologist and psychiatrist. I didn’t need any medicine from her, just wanted to give her my medical history as I was hoping to establish her as my my PCP, but she kept jumping down my throat any time I mentioned the meds that I was on assuming that I was asking her to write me a prescription. You know, not everyone out here is “pill shopping”. I have never in my life felt as degraded as I did when I was at that office. I left in tears. I will never be back and will make sure to let as many people as possible know that she is in the wrong profession. She should reevaluate her current career and find something that doesn’t require any human interaction.
