I ordered a upgrade pump which came with extra costs that insurance would not cover, from Byram. I was aware of this, gave them my payment information and finished the order thinking all was done. I then got a bill in the mail 2 months later saying I owed a payment. I called and asked about it and they said it was a mistake on their end and not to worry about it. 5 months after the order I get another bill saying I still owe. I called them and find out they never charged me. I'm happy to cover the bill but they were very rude and interrupted me a lot during the conversion. They also would not explain what happened, why they did not charge me back when I ordered even though they had my payment information and why someone told me not to worry about it. I'm very unhappy with how this company handled the situation.
After being made to jump through dozens of hoops by other companies I finally called, at my insurance companies suggestion, Byram and I can not rave enough about the fast and courteous service I received by the young lady who took my call. In a matter of moments she had the information she needed to place my order and get everything in the "pipeline" to complete the order. If every company in the US was this efficient the US would still be the number one in all areas.
I spoke with Sammy Irwin on an issue I was having with my insurance. I had been ordering from Byram for sometime and there was a hiccup with my insurance. Sammy investigated the problem and worked with her supervisor to go above and beyond to help with this issue. Not only was she empathetic to my situation, but she also understood the importance of the timing on this. I really appreciate all that she did in helping me today.
My wife and I ordered a breast pump TWO MONTHS in advance to ensure we recieved it in plenty of time for our baby. Our baby girl is now one week old and Byram is still making us jump through hoops so we can GET OUR BABY FED. This is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is horrendous and hung up on us twice, and when we finally did get to talk with somebody for longer than five minutes it took them HALF AN HOUR to get us connected to a supervisor. Terrible experience. Don't believe the 5-star ratings, I guarantee they were planted there.
The lady who assisted me was awesome, turns out they don't accept Humana so couldn't fill my order. But they still followed up to see if they could assist me further. Changing insurance carriers and will deal exclusively with Byram once the change takes affect
Initial acct set up was so easy. Customer service friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their app is super easy to use. Don't know why I didn't know it about Byram until now. Definitely would recommend.
The Byram associate, customer service I spoke with I wish had gotten her name. She was so professional, helpful, caring. Took care of all my questions and concerns. She was the Best!!
Initially had quite a bit of trouble with my order—but when connected with Tiffany S it was quickly resolved. She seemed to quickly understand the situation and know what steps to take to resolve it. Much appreciated. Also she was kind and gracious as she addressed the situation.
So as a company they leave much to be desired. I have had orders cancelled or delayed without explanation. Had to fight and go round and round to get what I needed in a timely fashion. All over I dread reorder time and expect a min of 5 calls and 4 hours every 3 months. So why 5 stars. Well every one of these is for my call today with Emerald. I called in and call was answered quickly. After standard ID verification I said I was calling about order I just got today. Emerald took about 45 seconds to say oh I bet you are calling cause you are missing X item. Yes that is why I was calling. She said ok let's fix that. It took her maybe 10 min to research and get approval so I would not be double charged. She stayed with me the whole time. Placed the order for correct item to be shipped out. Mentioned that there had been a few orders recently where the item I needed had gotten missed by system. But she was going to fix it. Entire call was maybe 15 min. And I had email and text verify that new order was placed and moving to shipment almost as soon as we got off phone. I work in a call center myself and her professional get it done attitude was excellent. Bryam itself on past issues I would rate 1/2 star but rep today Emerald deserves 10.
I wanted to share a Quick experience of mine and my mothers while dealing with Byram healthcare. We happen to get a representative named Dana, And I will tell you he was exceptional. He had the best attitude went above and beyond! He said he loved working with his company and that it wasn’t just a job for him. It was a pleasure to help others. He proved that to be true! My mom needed her Dexcom G6 and we were having a hard time getting it in time for her to change to her new one because we have recently moved her in with us to a different town, so we had to change her doctors and medical Groups, What a nightmare! It has been so confusing and dealing with people seem to not care, or call us Back when they say they’re going to, Or get things done like they say they will! I am so grateful for Byram healthcare, and for Dana! I really hope we always have the same experience with them when we need to call them back Again! I want to add that his manager sent me an email asking how things went? Asked how we were treated! It was a great experience, thanks Byram healthcare and DANA!!!!
