I'm giving this one star cause as a person living on a fixed income because I have disability I asked if they do monthly cause of my fixed income the person on the phone rudely said we can't do monthly we are a motel so much for saying you will help people on you answering machine I have to be out of the place I have by this Friday the 3rd so I'll now most likely live on the street the only way they would help you if you live with no money after a week one star
Stayed here a few years ago out of desperation. It was 20 bucks, I'm not picky. But, wow, what a filthy place. Floors appear to have not been vacuumed in weeks, bed sheets were dirty, there was black mold growing under the ac unit, I mean handfuls, not just a little. I was working construction, just needed a bed and a shower, not hepatitis. I sure hope this place gets cleaned up, just a little.

It is a clean, bug free, quiet and well managed place. My mom is in a room there and it is much nicer inside than I expected it to be.Rooms: 4/5
Awful stay, drug infested, domestic violence and child abuse are rampant. Furthermore, upon our departure we spotlessly cleaned our room..... Much cleaner than it was on move in day. The manager, who they call "Doc" decides to keep our deposit stating where is the deposit from a month ago the very first one he has to have that to pay us our deposit back. Absolute shady shady business I would not recommend this place.
Place is currently a sheer nightmare. Per the management if your not 420 friendly or don't share weed and drugs with the other tenants you won't last long here. I've often witnessed chronic drug use around children in several apartments. Cops are often here but they get called so management has a rite too turn around and just not renew the weekly lease. If your not a pothead you will not fit in here. Theft and solicitation is rampant here as well. But hey at least you can share a few shots with the local bums who frequent the parking area where your belongings in your vehicles will be looked after and often stolen. Often wake up from with welts from bed bugs. I've asked several and they say the same. They have pest control yea but he doesn't necessarily treat for that particular bug. Everything would literally need burned. So hope you have thick skin if you plan on living here.
I tried to politely ask if they allowed dogs, the lady on the phone practically yelled at me that they don't. I understand not every place allows dogs but the tone was very disrespectful. Poor customer service.
Under new ownership and they are renovating the rooms. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Maintenance on the ball if you have any issues. Best rate in town.Rooms: 5/5
Very discriminating they don't accept black people ..other tenants have office keys and takes packages...it's a big no go
