D*FIT is an innovative Personal + Group Training studio at home in a lofty old mill made modern for the athlete in all of us. Our 9000 sq ft+ facility is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment including TechnoGym®, Kinesis®, Concept2® Rowing, Jacobs' Ladder®, Schwinn® Cycling and TRX®.

Offering over 50 Group Training classes each week in 3 studios, including cycling at The Spoke and on-site childcare at The Nest. Quench & Fuel after class at D*BAR -- serving superfood smoothies, fresh press juices, artisan coffee & teas, plus grab-n-go prepared & packaged light bites for the wellness-minded. No membership fees -- D*FIT is completely customizable to achieve your fitness objectives with our inspire*d team of trainers & instructors.
