Too much one star for them , I went  to get done some paperwork with my family, service is ZERO, we all took an appointment at 2 pm they rushed us as soon as we entered. employees there are so rude any don’t have any experience of customer services . I don’t understand how Egyptian government hired them and how their schedule is only until  2 pm. They are in USA they should have working hours to be based in the US not Egyptian?? We have to take a day off from our work to finish. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Hate dealing with them

Since I'm over 70 I didn't need an appointment. The service at the building entrance is professional and courteous. The Consulate personel were all extremely helpful and courteous to me over the several visits I had to make as well. I would have given 5 stars, but the specific   documents required by the Consular officials sometimes seemed vague and contradictory, but this may well have been  due to my lack of familiarity with the terminology required to accomplish my goals.

I will start off by saying that if I could give this 0 Stars, the Egyptian consulate deserves that to say the least but can’t post without a 1 star rating… So I’ve head horror stories from just about anyone that has dealt with this Egyptian embassy. I sent a certificate that must be certified through them so that my mother can take it to Egypt with her but it was sent early July. We still haven’t received the documents back and it’s 1 day shipping back with a tracking number - paid $60 for overnight with tracking there and back. They email back after requesting an update on the docs that they sent it back mid July and still never received. Ongoing issue still dealing with it. It seems like they’ve misplaced the documents or lost them but what a pain not being able to speak with anyone.

I was so worried about going to the embassy because of the bad reviews, but when i went there, i saw very friendly, professional, and nice staff there, and they helped people as much as they could. I am very happy with the service and the nice people there.

This really frustrating cuz even though we have the same race and they treat us like garbage.

The place was so calm and clean. People working there was so helpful and friendly. I felt home, since I entered this place. Eid Fetr Mubarak God Bless Egypt

Terrible costumer service and liars. They introduced a random person who works inside called Ahmed as the consul. I will definitely report this

what's going on?! how all the phone numbers are not working for two weeks! the only two minutes the phone worked I left my name with my phone number and no one never called back! Literally all the Egyptian embassies around the world have the same system which is "We do not care". Is there a man or a lady I can speak to!  seriously, that's too much you literally do not care, if no one calls me back I have the videos proof that I have been calling for weeks and no one ever answered! trust me when it goes viral on social media, you all will be home!  The worst place, the worst people and the worst system.

So bad photo operators. They always no answer and even they never return our call
