Goals in Motion has been open since Jan 2007. Both owners graduated from Iowa State University and have developed a studio full of awesome people, great workouts for both kids and adults, and a place to get educated on nutrition and learn to make healthy eating a lifestyle. We offer Group Fitness Classes (including Live Stream options for people who live out of town or can't get to our studio), a variety of Fitness and Nutrition Programs for both adults and kids. Some of the exercise classes we offer are 30 min HIIT, 30 to 45 min Mitt Classes, Kickboxing, Strength Training, Yoga, and Circuit style classes. Our goal is to treat everyone who walks through our doors like an individual, help them get the results they are looking for...and have fun while they are doing it!
