Located on 2 acres of green space in Mankato, MN, Here We Grow offers Christian, Reggio inspired early childhood education for children ages 3 months -5 years.
Our philosophy of education is demonstrated through hands on learning experiences including gardening, exploration in the sandbox, process art, academic, and sensory experiences.
With nearly 2 acres of green outdoor space, the opportunities for outdoor learning experiences are limitless. Likewise, with large indoor classroom space, fine and large motor activities can easily be accomplished regardless of weather. The curriculum components are based on the standards set forth by the Minnesota Department of Human Services for children ages birth – 3 years, as well as the Minnesota Department of Education for children ages 3-5 years.
This curriculum, combined with the setting and highly qualified staff with a combined total of more than 20 years experience, is designed to help children develop the necessary academic, emotional, social, and motor skills to not only enter Kindergarten, but be successful.
We believe children have the potential to do great things, even at early ages, and as such our environment is designed to encourage exploration by partnering with families in their child's early childhood years.
