My family and I took the Ghost Tour and Investigation luncheon and it was AMAZING! We absolutely loved Ericka and she was so good with my 12 y/o son. She’s very knowledgeable not only about the history of Pensacola, but the paranormal as well! I highly recommend this tour!
We wanted to try something different while in Pensacola so my brother looked this place up. $50 a person, even for kids. We got there and waited 20 mins with no waitress or drinks while looking at a menu we thought was for children and some items weren’t even available. The tour was unorganized and the equipment worked here and there. After the tour, we received our food at different times and some was cold. My nephew’s food had to be to go because he didn’t get it until we all ate. No drink orders, waitresses seemed lost…..definitely not what we were expecting for the price.
Staff could have been better organized. It is a tour of a building, was hoping to see more locations. Was almost bored at times. Had zero "ghost" interactions or anything substantial to talk about.
We didn’t realize you had to eat at the restaurant before the tour started. That took over an hour. It was all very disorganized and there was a lot of lag time between things going on. It could have been more professional but wasn’t.
Had a medium reading over phone with Erica. It was incredible. Definitely try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised!
This team of girls are incredible, they are very knowledgeable and made the experience one to remember. Will definitely book with them again in the future!
We arrived 30 minutes early as instructed by the numerous emails sent out only to be asked to wait in parking lot until 7 when it was supposed to start. When we entered the Fort, there were way more people than expected. They over sold tickets. There were over 100 people! Way to many for a ghost hunt! It felt like a dance party with the DJ hyping everyone up and them throwing glow balls into the crowd. Not the energy you want when trying to investigate haunted locations. We were divided into groups and sent to meet our guides. There was no history of the Fort given, we were not told what type of rooms/area we were in and the equipment they were supposed to have for everyone either did not work or had no batteries. Myself and the 2 people I went with took off on our own right at the beginning to try to find a quiet place to Investigate. Thank goodness we had our own equipment but still No luck as it was too noisy with all the laughing, talking and shuffling around of all the people. This definitely was a money grab on their end and the ghost investigation experience was Non Existent. I do not recommend this group!
We attended an event at Fort Morgan. I received multiple emails giving the time 7-10pm with 630 arrival, location, and assurance that they had equipment for everyone to use. We arrived at the gate right on time and were told we were too early. We were held in a parking lot outside the gate until 7. When we entered Fort Morgan, there were a lot more people than we expected for a ghost hunt. The guy explained that they "oversold" and that there were over 120 people there. They tossed a few flashing lights out in the crowd to substitute for the flashlights they said they had for everyone in their emails. We were divided into large groups and told to meet our leaders for equipment. The leaders had a few various ghost hunting gadgets but not nearly enough for each person. We returned the equipment to our "leader" every 20 minutes and rotated to the next area and "leader". The last hour, they collected all of their equipment and told us to explore on our own. It was too dark to see no flashlights and everyone just left. This could have been a fun experience, but because so many tickets were sold, it just wasn't. They didn't have the equipment they promised and walking through Fort Morgan at night without any light is a hazard. The floors are uneven and have random steps, loose areas, and other debris scattered around. Don't waste your money. Nothing is as promised.
Incredible experience! We had the best time, and really enjoyed learning from Ericka and Valarie were knowledge, fun, and really made it an enjoyable experience!
