Not what it used to be. Our food orders didn't come out together. We ordered first and we're served last. My burger was cold. My son's burger came five minutes later. The projection of the movie was properly adjusted and the image was tilted back. There were also vertical blue line during some of the film. I had to walk behind the front desk/registers to validate my ticket after the show and the card reader at the parking gate wouldn't read my card. All in all, definitely not worth the $100 spent. That's my last time going to this theater.
This was such a lovely theater! Definitely worth the price for such a comfy experience. My partner and I did not partake in the dine-in option when we went, but the Theater 1 hostess was very welcoming and polite. Security was also very helpful, as I misplaced my ticket for the parking lot validation. Definitely will come back here in the future!
STAY AWAY!!! It was my first time arriving here and unfortunately my last! The restrooms are disgusting particularly the one near the main entrance, there was toilet paper and pee on the floor. The parking was so problematic and frustrating. I validated my parking at the theater, tried paying at the lobby but the ticket machine kept giving me an error code I figured I can pay at the exit, turns out the machine at the exit doesn’t work . Took a few minutes to find an attendant to only find out that the exit machine doesn’t work and I have to pay cash a total of $3.30 , I told the parking attendant I can only pay with card not cash. Valet attended tells me I have to pay cash or pay a fee next time I come back. I ask why did they not specify at the front of the parking lot that machines were broken and only accept cash at the exit. That way guest can plan their departure from the parking lot ahead of time by maybe looking for an ATM before getting in their car. Long story short, after searching my car I luckily found some cash in my car $5 bucks exact to pay the parking attendant and got no change back because the parking attendant doesn’t carry change. Someone please make the parking situation make sense. Instead park outside on the street if you can or go to the Pasadena location if you can it’s 100% better than Westwood. In Pasadena the customer service is great, the food arrives in a timely manner, restrooms are clean, parking is great too. The picture is what the lobby machine and the exit machine were both stating whenever I tried inserting my ticket I will talk to the manager Gustavo of Ipic and the manager Ana of the parking service to voice my concerns.
Loved it. Full recliner with a clean little blanket, super cozy. Ordered the hamburger, it was pretty good. Got a Shirley Temple because I am like 7 at heart. It was good, not blindingly sweet but still a treat.
Love this theater. They have a great bar and lounge downstairs that you can dine and drink. Parking is in the structure next door and $3.30 with validation at the front entrance. The service was amazing. We never had to wait to order and they were very attentive throughout the the movie. Food was great and the drinks were good according to my wife. I do not drink. The experience is worth the money. With tickets, dinner and drinks spend a total of $150.
Yes i love going to Ipic to watch a movie. The reclining seats and great service makes me a fan. I dont care that i pay more your worth it.
The regular non premium seats are a scam. They are way too close to the screen and honestly should not even be offered. This is supposed to be a premium theatre, it’s very clear that these seats make any movie unwatchable. Cmon guys, it’s not the 80’s. In the regular seats there’s no food service - but they go out of their way to make it even more inconvenient than a regular movie theatre. You have to order popcorn outside at the bar and then return when they text you. It’s almost deliberately more annoying. People next to us brought a 3 year old to a late night showing of Mission Impossible - the kid and parents spoke the whole time and had phone lights on etc but no one said anything to them. All in all, the regular seats here are worse than just going to a regular movie theatre. Save your money and just go to a regular theatre where you’re not treated second class.
Lindsey the manager is absolutely horrendous. She ran my card $75 for a coffee that was only supposed to be $6. When I inquired about the outrageous charge, she said that they charge everyone a $75 hold . I explicitly said I did not want to open a tab, and asked for the charged to be reversed. Lindsey then goes on to say that she can’t reverse the charge. All of this going on in the middle of my film. I missed over 30 minutes of an hour and 30 min movie dealing with this issue. Lindsey was rude, incompetent, and exploitative. I am now disputing the charge with the fraud department at my bank. Beware. Avoid iPic at all costs.
My first time on this theater and what a great experience! We rented one of the rooms for a private event. Cozy yet super modern atmosphere - including two bars and good service. That's right, you can be watching a movie and order food and some drinks and they will bring it to your table. And yes indeed, between each pair of coaches you have a table where you can leave your items and orders. I definitely DEFINITELY will go back soon. Perfect place for a date
Our go to movie theater but needs to be better maintained and the menu is tired. Seats break all the time!
