I've taken two of my dogs here for awhile and the doctor is so patient and kind. He sat down next to my scared German shepherd and took time to work with him. This morning I called about my husband's heeler who had a sore leg and the lady at the front desk was able to work him in. My dogs are my babies and I trust the staff at Jackson County Animal Hospital to give them the best care. They do what is necessary and aren't after your money. They really put our pets first!!

Amazing and caring people work hard here.  The prices and services are straight to the point compared to most places that want to set one up for monthly payments on a yearly plan without caring for one's budget.  I'll definitely continue coming here for all my fur babies' needs :

The entire staff did great when we had to put our cat sown. Jennifer worked is in for the later in the afternoon when our kitty couldn’t wait any longer. Then Dr. Soto and his assistant took extra special care of her while she transitioned. When we went to pick up her ashes they had had beautiful paw prints and nose prints done for us as well. We immediately made appointments for our other cats after this experience!

I have been taking my dogs here for almost a year now. They are absolutely the best of the best. Everyone here is extremely kind and sweet and always takes care of my dogs with love. Jennifer and Kim the receptionists always greet me with a smile and since coming here for awhile they have remembered all my dogs names and even mine. I have a dog who is super anxious and they make it a point to come over and sit on the floor with him to show him love and they are just so patient. Dr. Coles is the absolute best vet ever. He has not only saved my dogs life, he is always making sure he treats my dogs as if they were his own. That mean everything to me and he always goes the extra mile for them.

I was extremely impressed. My dog is very protective and he allowed that doctor to actually take the muzzle off and he did beautifully. I'm not taking my dog anywhere else!

I'm so glad we took our pet here. The staff were friendly and passionate. They were very honest and open about pricing and what options we had. I recommend this vet's office.

I will never go back to this place. This is the second time we were sent home with  one of our dogs and a wrong diagnosis. I took my dog in earlier in the year and another wrong diagnosis. I got a second opinion, the Independence Animal Hospital figured out the problem pretty quick and took X-rays. Something Jackson County did not do. My husband took our other dog earlier in the week, again wrong diagnosis. So tonight are Blue Pearl Emergency tonight. They again took x-rays and did blood work and discovered the problem. Again something Jackson County Animal Hospital did not do or offer.  We are hoping our dog will recover but it doesn’t look real good. Please take your pets to Independence Animal Hospital. Or anywhere but this place.

The staff was friendly and caring. The facility was clean. Dr. Coles was amazing and was able to keep my puppy calm while she was getting examined. Will definitely be a returning client, and I highly recommend Jackson County Animal Hospital.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. They treated our Brisket with so much care. She was so scared and nervous and they all made her feel safe. Thank you for your care.

In my opinion, you need to avoid this place like the plague. If you love your pets, take them literally ANYWHERE else but here. Some of the things I experienced include: * Being pushed to buy additional supplies, such as expensive catfood and medication for my cat that I already had. This establishment seems to care more about selling expensive pet food than treating and caring for the actual pets. It felt like a high-pressure sales environment than a clinic. *Paid $700 for a set of tests only to still have no idea what was wrong with our cat. * Being told that an additional blood test for $231 was needed when I was led to believe that the previous blood test I already paid for would have covered anything that could have been wrong. *The veternarian calling us in the evening during dinnertime to tell us he had the results for the blood test I told him NOT to do because he told me that I would have had to bring my cat in for another blood draw and that he wouldnt be able to use the blood he had in a vial at his office. And no, leaving a voicemail on my phone after that conversation that I did NOT respond back to does not equal consent. The vet even admitted that he must have misunderstood there is no way he didn't understand my declining of the test in the plain language that I spoke in, however, he said i still owed him a bill I absolutely do not. The phone conversation ended with him screaming at me that I was "going into hysterics" interesting choice of words for someone who has asked me at past appointments "Where is your husband at?" although I was speaking in a direct and matter-of-fact tone and being firm that i wasnt going to pay for something I told him not to go through with. He wanted to give me these $231 test results that I declined because I had told him not to run it. Thanks to a different clinic, our family cat is doing very well and being his old self. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible.
