Tori is the sweetest and most helpful associate I've ever met! I called and she helped me order a bag I have been searching for. My order was a little confusing but she was so patient and helped me correct my shipping address after I forgot to provide an apartment number, after the item had shipped. Amazing customer service!

I had the absolute BEST experience ordering a skirt from this location that was sold out online, Leonardo helped me, he is such a gem! And my skirt was here the next day!! I’m so beyond happy!!

No more Kate Spade for me! Clearly says on the website that there is a one year warranty and if there is any defect to bring it to the store. Zipper is broken on my purse, I have the receipt. Store associate at Beachwood Place couldn't have been less helpful. Told me about 4 times that, "they don't do that anymore" and she's been there for 2 years and they haven't done that. Extremely condescending. Was going to show her the site but clearly wasn't worth it. Went in actually hoping to find something to buy too! But I wouldn't dare give her the commission or spend my money on this product where their customers are treated like garbage. So disappointing.

A great store with a wide variety of selection. Tori and Leonardo have outstanding customer service and will take time to provide your needs. They both have great knowledge of the products they sell.

The staff here are all so nice. I love their handbags, but they also have clothing and other items in store as well. Kristen is my go to girl, but everyone is so helpful.

Went in Monday, 2/26/18 at around 1:30pm. An employee, McKenzie, stared at my friend and I for about ten minutes while we were communicating to each other about what I was looking for. A man then walked into the store and she immediately asked him what she could help him with. It was the weirdest thing. So, I asked the other employee if she would be able to help me. She replied “sure” as if I was bothering her. I continued to be polite and professional, but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience.

Loved the lady to sold me my wallet and masks! Super professional yet relatable And I love the stored new look!!! 5 stars for this location!!

Went in on Monday 2/26 and was stared at for about 10 min by the employees. Then had to ask for help which they didn't seem very "enthusiastic" about. Then while walking around was followed in a very creepy manor suggesting that I was going to take something. It was a very uncomfortable situation because i felt targeted because of my skin color.

Went in there on 10/08/2021 and felt very uncomfortable by employees was stared down like I was going to steal something I just left the store because i didn’t feel welcomed at all I don’t know if it was because of my skin color but i won’t return back to this location to shop ever again I have never felt so uncomfortable before in my life !

Kate Spade offers trendy fashion for women, my girlfriend loves it. The staff is also very helpful.
