I typically don't like to use Aurora for my medical services, but I have a general physician, a cardiologist and I get labs done here and they are really good at keeping appointments and getting the help you need faster than most clinics. Deducting one star however because they seem to rush people in an out at times.
Great Doctor but the phone system sucks. For example, today I have been trying to call because I have am continuing to have chest pains after going to the ER and seeing my doctor. Was told if I am continuing to have pains to call back. I have been on hold for over 30mins. I have even called Aurora customer service line and even they can't get through. Something needs to give.
Most of the staff is amazing, however the call system deffinately needs to be improved,that's putting it lightly....I understand that the world doesn't revolve around me nor am I the only patient they have, however every single time I've called in the last year and a half at multiple times throughout the day I've been waiting on the phone on average 8 minutes before someone picks up, I've been on the waiting line for as lone as 54 minutes!!. ....not to mention the call backs aren't guaranteed.... again most of the staff is amazing but the from the "customer-service -communication" stand point not so much
Had surgery about a month ago, and suspect injury to have re occurred. Possibly in need of surgery to fix again but need a ct scan to be sure. Been told multiple times someone would call back to schedule ct, and never do. I had to call multiple times myself to get someone just to schedule me for a ct scan. The only person there that seemed to care was the ct scan tech. she called me multiple times to see if anyone had called to prescribe me medicine before my scan. Very un organized, and knowone really seems to care.
My doctor is great, but the receptionists are rude and lazy. They never answer when I call, and they're always rude and stuck up whenever I go there. Really offputting.
The doctors are great, but the phone system is terrible. Everytime I call they don't have my phone number on file, then I call for my child and they say they can't give us any information because we're not listed on their paperwork.
I love this place! Everyone is always friendly and I get awesome care!
Charles Player was a really wonderful physician, we got down to the point and it still felt like he had time to discuss things at a pace I wanted to facility was clean and people at the front desk were very nice thanks folks!
The doctors are great, the phone center not so much. Call center staff are rude and unprofessional, literally not going back there for that reason.
Dr. Player is the best! If you have an issue he will figure it out, and he always will call you back.
