We love the care and passion Dr. Anna and her staff have for our Bella. Truly enjoyable to see strangers interact with an animal.
Have been going there for 1 year and I think they are the best! So friendly and caring to Marbles.
Great Vet, she is thorough, doesn't order or push unnecessary things, answers questions, you never feel rushed and the office staff are the nicest people. Welcoming, friendly, super chill. They love animals and seem to run a very efficient front desk. The assistants are great as well. I love everything about this practice and so does my super nervous Great Dane Lucy. She does really well there, they know how to manage her and she responds super to them.
I was only able to go once before moving, but the staff was incredible. The first vet I went to for my dog’s injury brushed me off when I tried to say what happened to him, and I was only given enough pain meds to last him about 4.5 days before he was in pain again. Lawrence Veterinary Hospital was recommended by a friend, and I was able to get an appointment extremely close to when I called in. The staff took everything I said seriously, and they were extremely thorough and patient with both me a very frazzled college student and my pup who gets pretty nervous at the vet’s office usually. For everything that was done, the prices were fair as well. I still can’t get over how nice the staff was in general and how clear it is that they care about the pets that come in and love what they do. If I hadn’t left Kansas, I would 100% be going back to them every time.
I don’t think I’m ever going to take my cat anywhere else. The staff is so kind, and down to earth, and genuinely so passionate about the work they do. I called this morning because my cat had blood in her urine, and they were able to squeeze me in last minute to make sure she was okay. I didn’t even ask, they just offered despite being fully booked. Not saying that they would do that for every scenario, and to call expecting them to do that don’t!, but it just felt like they had so much care for the well-being of my animal. They are very transparent about the cost as well, which is super important for me as I’m a college student aka broke.
Oh such great care! My pup and kitties are always happy to visit! Matt at front desk is so caring and brings his sweet pups to “work” and give us all a warm hello! Really wonderful Team of Vets and Staff! Best of care!
We've been bringing our shy BC Briar in for a daily Happy Visit with Branden. He's been so kind, so patient, so positive, that he's helped her relax and actually enjoy her trip to the vet!
We just got a new puppy. Dr. Johnson was amazing to help us know how to best care for her and help her be a healthy, fun family pet. Spent time answering questions and gave us lots of helpful info and some goodies for our new puppy.
Dr.Ana and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Our dog doesn’t like going to the vet- they understand and don’t pass judgement.
