There is no support on Saturday you can’t talk to nobody. Every time I swipe my card it’s blocked for fraudulent protection. It’s ridiculous. I’ll be starting a lawsuit soon.
Had an account since 1994 with them. Finally closing it and have gone elsewhere. Horrible customer service on phone and in person. Good riddance!
For over 20 years my wife has been a member and i was added within a short time . We love them use all their services but not the Home mortgage .Used cars are now at low low deal nobody can beat them . This is a nonprofit credit union , so what you use comes back to you as a member .
My only mistake is that I didn't go through them sooner. I will never take a loan or lime of credit anywhere else. Best rates ever! And I love their website. Easy to navigate.
I love this place. They are a smaller credit union that really gets to know their members. I've had multiple conversations with the staff here and they are all trying to do what they can to help me, my family, my friends, and my co-workers be financially fit. Take the time to talk with them and you will see. Yes, sometimes they have long phone wait times but, to me that's because they actually talk to you like a human with care and concern. Leave them a message, email, etc and they will get back with you.
This place is a joke, but on top of being a joke, they are doing a couple of things illegally and when you ask them for a copy of their disclosures they will tell you they need to call you back because they don't know where they are. Do not work with: -Stacey Pytell -Jennifer Pfotenhauer -Manager Teresa Schneider YELLED by the manager the whole time after I requested a call from her. They are scam team taking your personal information. Don't use this credit union and definitely don't work with these 3 UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! I feel discriminated against and this is a problem! They ran my credit illegally without my authorization and then management called back and yelled at me when I told her that this is illegal and I am filing a police report!
I have really enjoyed banking with the credit union. I began opening a simple savings account, then I opened an installment loan. Now, I have my checking account with them along with my car loan. Anytime I have had a problem, their customer service worked with me to resolve the issue promptly and accurately. No financial institution is perfect, but HACU has exceeded my expectations.
I've been with HACU for over 20 yrs thru deaths, Purchasing a home, marriage, divorce, and short selling my home. They helped every step of the way i.e., loans, refinancing Xmas club savings and refinancing my car when I lost my job and consolidation after my divorce. Tracking down credit card rewards you name it. Within those 20+ years I've worked in 3 hospitals and I always feel proud to say my direct deposits go to Healthcare Associates Credit Union.
Alyssa Torres believed in me and helped me get a loan when another representative did not want to. I am a medical staff and have been suffering during this pandemic and I needed help. Just thank you to Alyssa, means so much for your help. I wanted to write this to show my appreciation.
This place has AWFUL customer service. I've sat on hold multiple times for over two weeks and have been unable to actually get ahold of a person. Their online banking services are awful and frequently do not work. They send their calls to outsourced companies that help monitor call volume and cannot access many features the credit union offers. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
