Hey guys the only reason why I gave you one star is there's no TV in the waiting room it is very simple. Any thoughts moving forward?

I don’t typically write reviews but I had to say something about my experience with this team. I started out with a different doctor who I didn’t have a good experience with before finding Naperville Women’s Healthcare! I was pregnant with twins so it was a high risk pregnancy to begin with. I cannot say enough about this team; every single person I interacted with here has been amazing. They are super nice, efficient, responsive and genuinely care about you!

Dr. Mamtha & all other doctors, nurses of this group are very experienced moreover they understand patients’ emotions & wellbeing. Listened to all my concerns & answered very patiently. Staffs are helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice. They made my super bumpy pregnancy feel quite smooth.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and always have the most positive experiences at Naperville Women’s Healthcare! The providers are caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable on recent research, and most importantly, they truly listen to my individual concerns. The front desk staff and management are friendly, understanding and well-organized! One of my favorite things about this practice is how stylish each room of the office is, it’s such a boutique experience!

I did not like this office. The only good doctor in this office is Dr.Colgrove and they will not work with you to make sure you get her for each visit. My appointments were cancelled last minute, the nurses would leave alarming voicemails that I need to get back to them just to tell me all my labs were normal. I attempted to tell the doctor about an issue I was having and the doctor brushed it off and then I was in the hospital for that problem a couple days later. Also this office charges to send your records someone else. Overall the top reason to go to this office is because they can usually see you faster than other OB-GYN office.

I love the staff here! They are thorough, kind, and so patient. I'm in the 6th month of my second pregnancy and they have made me feel comfortable during every appointment and even when I call with questions. The doctors never make me feel rushed, the other medical staff are always sweet and funny, and the office staff makes me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this practice!

I switched to this clinic after coming from an obgyn who did not take my pregnancy concerns seriously. All of the staff at this clinic have made me feel extremely safe. They triple check everything and give you choices. I will use them for all of my pregnancies.

Dr. Flannery is the best. I have been to other doctors but never encountered one like her in the past, she is very thorough, detailed, and actually cares about your well being as a patient. Her office visits are not just five minutes in and out then deal with the nurse, she actually takes the time to speak to you and addresses all of your concerns. The office staff is really friendly and reliable as well.

After my first pregnancy I was forever traumatized so I decided to look for a different doctor for my 2nd pregnancy. I saw all the doctors here throughout my pregnancy they were all super invested, professional and always answered all my questions. I never felt rushed never felt like I wasn’t getting the best care.. They explain everything so thoroughly. And have so much helpful material online. This health center will forever be my go to for all women needs!

The doctors here are good but the office is terrible when it comes to billing issues. I was not told I was having a particular test when I went to my appointment and then I was billed by the office for a procedure that my insurance wouldn't cover. The staff told me as I left that it would be covered, no problem. TERRIBLE communication and no one returned my calls for 5 months. If you go in make sure you understand EXACTLY what they are doing and make sure your insurance covers the procedure. The billing contact at the Naperville office was unwilling to help me. Very frustrating experience!!!
