Best Alamo rental experience I've ever had. The associate was very professional and nice. We even got to pick our own car from a row. I, highly, recommend them. Retrieving the car and returning the car was fast and easy.
Excellent customer service by SAM! She was amazing! Greeted us right away with a lovely smile. Helped us find the best car for us. We were not happy with the few options we got at first but, She totally went above and beyond for us! She literally called her team to make sure to get us the best vehicle possible! I really appreciate her efforts to make our trip extra special! I would also like to thank Josh as well for his quick response! He literally brought the new car within few minutes! Love the quick service! This is the perfect example of customer service we were looking for! I wish we get more people like Sam and Josh in the industry! Really thank you so much! Great experience and a good selection of cars. Helpful staff waiting to help you find the perfect car. I ended up with a Mustang GT which was fun to drive. The return process was super fast and I was on my way in minutes.
The best national rental station if you are looking for actual luxury cars in their executive aisle. Each time I’ve come here, they have provided me with cars that I consider to be luxury. Weather it has been nice Audi‘s, fancy Lexus cars, or even convertible mustangs, they always have some car that I find luxurious. I can’t say that about most other rental locations they usually just have bare-bones cars that are used. These cars are kept in pristine quality.
Rented a car from here for 12 days. Pick up was easy and drop off was even easier. Unlimited miles for 12 days and no problems whatsoever. I will definitely use National again.
National car rental gives Excellent service, from start to finish. Quick shuttle ride from airport to rental area. Greeted with smiles from National employees. Everyone I encountered was pleasant. I LOVE the walk up and pick vehicle of my choice. Vehicles are immaculate and clean. Easiest checkout and return process. I love you National car rental
I really want to give 5 stars as the service was amazing. Nevertheless, the selection was horrendous for the Exec Elite status. Well, there were barely any decent cars. I was going for the Mazda, but it had writing on it with "No KEYS". I ended up picking the Buick Enclave with nearly 50k miles on it, and it had a constant warning for check engine oil.
Used National to rent a car for the day. Though I rented a Tahoe, I got upgraded to an Infinity QX80, which was really nice for doing the Santa Monica Mountains. Fast efficient service. Would certainly recommend.
Renting cars from National is the best I have found and I have travelled over a hundred days a year for the past 20 years until COVID. They make it easy if you are in their program since you don’t have to go to the rental counter. Once you reach Executive status, it’s even better because the class of cars is excellent and their prices are very competitive. I don’t usually leave this kind of review, but National deserves the shout-out.
Execellent car selections on Executive Aisles. They even had some GLC, X3, Q5s in the executive aisles. Has a wide range of cars for all sizes.Staff were very friendly and took me 10 mins from getting off the shuttle and drove away. It was very fast partly because I have executive status. The return was also easy with friendly staff. They had many shuttle bus to the airport leaving constantly. Overall exceptional experience!
