My brother has extremely erratic sleep, with no discernible pattern, going several days without sleep at a time. When I asked if Ambien might help him get on a regular pattern of sleep, it was discounted by Dr. Newman, who said that 4 hours of occasional sleep was plenty, thus skirting the issue! The common knowledge is that good sleep is extremely important with everything! When my brother mentioned a urinary pain symptom, Dr. Newman asked how many times my brother woke up to relieve himself at night, instead of addressing the problem. He said it was due to normal aging, again skirting the issue! Dr. Newman is apparently the chief physician and was probably pushing to extricate himself late on a Friday afternoon. I have fervently urged my brother to leave this practice, led by someone who must have graduated at the bottom of his class. He did absolutely nothing to help my brother, skirting even more issues! Although the other doctors under Dr. Newman's tutelage are probably excellent, and have the patient's best interest at heart, do not expect the same from Dr, Newman! My brother was not helped one iota by this man, who calls himself a doctor!!!!!
