My vet is closed on Sundays. They could not see us on Saturday and my kitten got sicker. The team here are brilliant. Reassuring and courteous. Vet was so considerate and talked us through everything. I was so upset to see our kitten unwell but they prescribed medication and gave great advice. I really appreciate the team and the fact that are always there even if you’re not registered.

Not sure why these marvellous people have had some poor reviews.  My cat Brambles was struck by a car we think just before christmas.  Bleeding profusely from his head and chest but my own vet was closed.  Called and was put through to Rene the vet.  She advised triage and we brought Brambles in.  Rushed him straight into an operating theatre and patched him up.  He was in for a couple of days but survived.  You should have seen the delight on my children's faces when he came home.  It's good to know these guys are available 24/7  when your own vet is closed.  Thankyou Rene and the team.

I took my cat Max after he was hit by a speeding car unfortunately my regular vet was closed but I took him here. Despite their best efforts he passed away. The vet Darren and the receptionist Liz were very helpful in keeping me updated with his condition explaining everything to me. Even when it was time for him to go I was treated with up most compassion and he was treated with the up most care. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vets.

We had only had our new puppy for a week when he was attached and bitten by another dog we had invited around to socialise . As this was in the late evening we called the 24 hour emergency vet who told us to come in straight away.  There were a few others waiting but we got seen very promptly by the vet who examined him,  told us what needed to be done and carried out the necessary procedures. I was very impressed with the  speed of service and the care that was taken of our puppy. I would highly recommend the North Surrey Veterinary Emergencies.

A lot of disappointing reviews below. Some unfair to be honest in my opinion and does not in any way reflect the experience I had with NSVE. I called and spoke with Becky about our cat who seemed quite sick and hadn’t eaten or drank all day. Becky gave us some fantastic advice to try and perk him up and talked us through checking him over on the phone. The advice re giving him some fish worked and avoided us even needing to visit the surgery. This advice was provided completely free of charge. Again, this excellent care does not reflect the negative reviews left by a minority of customers. I have nothing but praise. If the company was driven by profit they wouldn’t give such advice for free. They are solely concerned with helping you get your pet back to full health. So thank you Becky, he is much better today and back to his full mischievous self!

100% recommend North Surrey Vets - our cat who had been missing since August 2020 was hit by a car and suffered a broken jaw, the kind member of the public who found him took him to these guys and they operated on him to fix his jaw and then appealed to social media to find us as our cat wasn’t chipped. They were so helpful, polite, attentive and we were reunited with our boy and he is now home and on the mend. Can’t thank them enough for saving his life and reuniting us with him! Thank you Melissa & team! You guys are heroes

I took my dog Dora here a few weeks ago, I cannot recommend them enough, from the moment I spoke to someone on the phone through to collecting my dog the following day, the team were calm, caring and professional throughout. So glad this service is available so close to home. Very grateful, thankyou

Please do not go here. I took my Pet and Maria killed it through shock. I was devastated. I wrote them an email to understand what had happened and the never responded. Please do not take your pet here. There are a lot more vets that are so much kinder and understand how much your pet means to you. They also overcharged me and when I questioned the bill they said "oh sorry, yes we made a mistake"!

North Surrey are one of the best veterinary practises I have ever used. Whenever my dog falls ill or has any problems they are superb with him. They all have such a lovely nature and my dog Paddy is always excited to see them! 5* service!

I cannot thank the team enough at NSVE. My dog, Scruff, had been off her food for a couple of days. By Saturday evening she was very lethargic and started vomiting. I knew my local vet was closed so I took her to NSVE. Rene examined her and took x-rays. She found that Scruff had an obstruction in her intestines. An emergency operation was carried out. Scruff has now made a full recovery. During her stay, she received excellent care. Melissa nurse and Liz receptionist kept me informed of her progress and I found them VERY caring. Nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend this veterinary surgery.
