Oakbrook Animal Hospital is awesome. I've been bringing my Cookie Lou here since 2017. The veterinarian's and staff are really friendly, caring and compassionate. They take my little girls health seriously. They take their time explaining things to me for the reason we are there. THANKS AGAIN OAKBROOK ANIMAL HOSPITAL AND STAFF FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!
All the staff has been wonderful caring for our 2 yr old pup! We’ve had a few unfortunate experiences due to breeder problems and boarding problems and we are always in right away and our boy is loved on every visit! Absolutely love them!
Staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. Pricing is decent and the doctors are so good about explaining everything. They saved my kitties life by taking him in for emergency surgery a few years back. They didn’t have any appointments available but they took him in anyways!!!
It was a wonderful experience. I felt Dr. Hensley, well everyone really, cared about Austin. From making sure he didn’t jump off the table to wrapping him in a soft blanket to make him more comfortable, it was a wonderful experience.
Every one was so kind and efficient. I felt at home the minute I walked through the door. I will be back for all my pets needs.
We continue to trust this place to take care of our dog. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reordering medicine is easy too.
Vets are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions. Front staff is always prompt and courteous. Just what I was looking for. I trust them with our pets. Go here if you need a vet.
I have been using Oakbrook Animal Hospital for years. I have trusted them with my many pets: 2 cats, a pit bull, a chug half pug, half chihuahua who passed away last December at the age of 14. Oakbrook took care of her her whole life. Now I have a miniature poodle who they have cared for since I got her at eight weeks old. The first trip there she only weighed 2 pounds and Dr. Garten STRESSED that she had to gain weight or she would die and to feed her well. I really trust them with my pets and would go no place else.
This was our first visit, and first impressions are a plus. They greeted us, and our new addition, 3 mo. old male, American Staffordshire terrier/Boxer, Spade. The waiting/examine room was clean, and clutter free. The staff was impressionable, friendly, and pet considerate. His vet was very informative, professional, and to the point, which was what we were llooking for in his vet. He listened, then responded to our questions, and concerns. They all did a wonderful job!
Always treated kindly. Pet care is explained so that I can understand and option for care are most always given.
