I went to BC Hospital for a mammogram. The lady at registration was amazing, Kris I think. The wait time was only a few minutes and the radiology gal was also amazing; I didn’t catch her name. She was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My visit was a great one!
The check in nurse was very polite, and friendly. She only took a few minutes to gather my information. The nurse that took my blood friendly and made you feel comfortable. She hit the right vein the first time and had no problem drawing the blood.
The Hospital was very clean, the staff was incredible especially the nurse that took care of me in the ER. All of them that took care of me was great. The Dr that done the surgery was exceptionally well spoken and explained very well the procedure.. All of the staff was caring and efficient. I would highly recommend this Hospital.
Everyone there is so nice. My nurse Marie was very attentive and took very good care of me. The operating staff made me feel comfortable and confident they had my best interest in mind.
How positive can you be about a colonoscopy? The nurses and doctors were very kind. I woke up really fast and was able to get out of there and get some lunch. All went very well. Happy I do not have to go back for 10 years
Very professional and quick. Highly recommend. Went in for my mammogram. Bridgette was fabulous and explained what I needed to do and I felt very comfortable throughout.
My visit was ok the nurse who helped me made me feel very comfortable. She was very caring and sweet. And she did her job well
I got there for my appt and there wasn't a person insight at the checking desk. I rang the bell that was there, nobody came, I rang it again, still nobody came. I waited 15 minutes until I saw another worker who asked if I had been helped. I let her know that I had not, then all of a sudden 2 people came laughing out of an office door. I pre registered online and she still made me fill out paperwork. I even showed her the barcode I was asked to show and she gave me some dumb look. My appt was for 330, I got into the room at 350 pm which made me late for my next appt. The gal who did my mammogram was incredible!!
I went in there with numbness in my legs and loss of control of going to the bathroom and chronic back pain due to a herniated disc in my lower bac… the doctor I believe it was Hinton or Hilton something like that. Treated me like l was just looking for pain meds he barely even preformed an exam. Needless to say I wasn’t happy and asked several times for an updated MRI to see if something had made things worse he told me "an MRI isn’t Going to fix it "said something I dont regret and he threw off his gloves and said he was done. Me and my wife went to tremonton where they immediately took me by ambulance to McKay Dee hospital for an emergency MRI because my symptoms were extremely concerning . I WILL NEVER GO TO BRIGHAM HOSPITAL EVER AGAIN!!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life!!!!!
My daughter went to the ER and they admitted her. Everybody was saying two conflicting stories. Never knew what to believe. The nurses in the ER had major attitude and the nurses in hospital were incompetent. An MRI was supposed to be scheduled but nobody scheduled it. This hospital is a mess.
