This campground was amazing! Flowers at every site, beautiful pine trees everywhere for shade, dog park, walking trail, hummingbirds galore, deer visits throughout the park and on the trail- what more could you want!? Super clean restrooms and laundry facility, wonderful camp host couple- and the owners- Randy and Jennifer were so nice- really made you feel at home!
Our first time to Pagosa Pines but it will not be the last. It is a beautiful quiet place. The grounds are clean and landscaped beautifully. Randy & Jennifer are the nicest couple and really made you feel welcome. The deer roaming through the grounds and all the amazing hummingbirds were an added plus.Service: 5/5
If I could give them 10 stars I would. Can't say enough good things about the owners, Randy and Jennifer. My RV broke down on the way here and it limped into the campground. They referred me to a local mechanic, who was great. I was only going to stay here for 2 nights originally but it turned into 12 nights waiting on parts for the RV. They were so accommodating. They went out of their way so many times to keep a spot open for me as my situation changed almost daily. The campgrounds are nice with trees everywhere. A nice little walking trail. Live entertainment on Saturday nights. Located in an extremely central location to do things around Pagosa Springs. And what an amazing area this is. I just can't say enough good things about the owners, the guests I met while I was here, and Pagosa Springs in general. What an amazing place to break down!!!!
This RV park has the nicest people in charge. We called several places for availability and no one but Pagosa Pines bothered to call us back. We liked that. It was late and we were tired so it was a relief to find a space. It was a little cramped but the site was very pretty and their bathrooms the cleanest and nicest ever. Went for a walk and saw a deer on the trail, priceless! People in charge know how to take care of their customers! Thank you!
The facilities were awesome, the staff Incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The showers were like ones you’d find at a SPA! The Laundry room clean and inexpensive. If anyone gives them less than a 5, check their review, they should have just stayed at a hotel. We will definitely be back.Rooms: 5/5
This is a perfectly beautiful small RV park; pride of ownership and love are evident and everywhere in this park. Though the sites seem somewhat tight upon arrival, the staggered elevations of each site allows for a nice view from each and you don't feel like you are "display". The quality of the amenities is high. A very nicely equipped laundry, beautiful bathroom/shower rooms and even an outside, elevated, dog bathing tub is available. Individual site trash pick-up is done each morning by simply placing your bag at the entrance to your site. The super nice and helpful owners, Jennifer & Randy, are on-site, which is always nice. The workcampers we met were super helpful and friendly as well. The park is just off the main 160 hwy, so the farther back in the park the better as far as road noise. But, again, the park is so nice & beautifully set in and amongst the trees that you forget about any road noise. We used only ebikes to get around town from this park, it's perfectly sited in between the "old Pagosa Springs" down the hill and the newer part of town, up the hill. We'll definately come back to this park! Jack & Sandy Moffitt last week of August 2023
We loved everything about this park. Excellent Pagosa Springs location. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Pine trees that provide nice shade!! Super dog park and very nice path for walking yourself or your pooch. The staff is super easy to contact and they take good care of you and the park. Highly recommend. Nearby activities: Great hiking. Don’t miss Treasure Falls!
We really enjoyed our stay at this RV park. Nice little place just outside of town with all that you need for an RV. Super friendly and helpful campground hosts. Nice path to walk our dog on too, in addition to the dog park they have. You hear a little noise from the highway but not bad. Slept with the window open.Service: 5/5
We spent the last half of our honeymoon here and it was the highlight of our trip through Colorado. Bill, the owner, and the whole staff are very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate a great spot tucked away in the pines for 2 nights. We loved our stay and will be back! Nearby activities: The hot springs were fantastic to escape to one day.
We stayed here at the end of June for 3 nights. Nice little park with lots of trees and beautiful flowers throughout the park. The host are awesome, they texted the morning of the day we are to arrive and told us to text or call with our arrival time and they will be waiting on us so we never have to leave our vehicle. They guide you in your site and when leaving help you out safely. The Wi-Fi is excellent. I could go on forever with the positive reviews. If you plan to visit Pagosa Springs, check this park out. We will definitely be back. James England
