Dr Kandzari is THE BEST!! The medical model of all providers, he is far and away head and shoulders above any other doctor. Knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, caring, genuinely interested in his patients. We are blessed to have him in our lives!!

Dr.Gibson and entire staff very organized friendly, helpful and professional. The diagnosis and follow up explanations were very comforting, clear and precise. Everyone I came in contact with seemed to be there just for me.

It took me months to get in after having three different specialists call to try to rush it. And i was told they would not budge on getting me in sooner.I got Dr, Gibson . Who i felt did not listen to me or my concerns. And to make it worse i don't think he even looked at my medical records. As if it couldn't get worse his receptionist was so sick. She could barely hold her head up. She looked feverish. Her eyes were swollen out of her head. Her nose is running and coughing. She told me i couldn't call i had to wait for my next appt. to be made. The whole time she was so sick she was going from the tissue box to the garbage can. Needless to say she gave it to me. I have heart issues and cancer. And on top of my cancer spreading waiting to get in for cardiac clearance . i have to get sick from this. People are there because they are sick. They should not have someone working who is sick. And without seeing if my heart was strong enough. He gave me cardiac clearance. And put in notes it would be on the one who did the first surgery and whether or not he chose the right meds when putting me under. He did give me an appt. to check my heart before i could have my lung and lymph nodes removed. But it was put off for a month. Personally i don't think they care here. All i got out of this appt. is sick. And had to get another Dr. appt. for medication to help with her making me sick.

Have had great visits and love Dr. Duello! She is very smart and has a kind, but straight forward, way of talking to me. Saw in some of the reviews that the lady at the front desk was rude. Yes, one of them can be very caustic one time and not the next. With one question but maybe not the next. BUT do not let her be the over all impression you get from this location! Once past her you will find great people worth being seen by.

Everyone is friendly and you always get in to see the dr close to your appointment time.

I waited nearly 6 months to see this doctor. My primary care doctor faxed over my insurance card, and my referral, bc they found that they were in network for my insurance. Well, long wait. Go to my appointment yesterday, and I get told in the doctor office that they don’t take my insurance. Offered me they would cover 70% of my doctor appointment, and I would pay 30%. I declined. I’m currently on the phone with my insurance, having them look for someone who takes my insurance, bc everyone I call, as soon as I say I have this so and so insurance, they immediately tell me they don’t take it. And, I went to my primary care doctor office yesterday to complain, and to relay this story, and my own doctor office called you m practice a joke for making me wait so long, and then as soon as I have my appt nearly 6 months later, I get told you don’t take my insurance when my own doctor office confirmed you take my insurance. I plan to find a doctor office down in Gainesville, or closer to Atlanta who can actually help me. I mean I could have had a heart attack by now, bc I have been having sharp chest pain for months, and when I wake up my arms are completely numb. No matter what side I sleep on. And, then I call another heart doctor, and they tell me it’s not their problem that my insurance has them in network. I mean, are you cardiologists wanting people to die, so you don’t have to have so many patients. This is ridiculous.

Was going to take 6 weeks to see the doctor, after I came down with Afib then water in my lungs. Was an awful few weeks, in intensive care over Thanksgiving 2020. Therefore, wife found a renowned Cardiologist in West Knoxville that we got in to see in just 2 weeks. He immediately put me in a Life Vest that did save my life. I would have been Dead waiting on the folks in Blairsville. We've even moved back to E. Tennessee just 25 minutes from my doctor and 20 minutes from Heart Hospital.
