We bought a nice credenza there. The Michael and Dave were great. It was delivered today. The delivery guys were pros. They moved quickly and we're very respectful asking where what route to take through our house. They were respectful of the property and the house.

Ordered two chairs and had two chairs removed. The staff was very nice, super easy transaction and the delivery guys were amazing! So I decided to order a couple loveseats. Same great communication, delivery again was great. The delivery/takeaway is a third party, but they were awesome! Thanks Pilgrim, dealing with you guys is a pleasure!!!

EDIT: I received a voicemail from an incredibly nice and professional employee named Allison, she took care of the situation and seemed very understanding and pleasant, thank you Allison! You made our experience much better, we appreciate you, hopefully the other employee who spoke to us in such an unnecessary manner can take notes. Absolutely the worst store to purchase anything from, we spent a large amount of money on a couch and also paid to add on warranty for 5 years, our couch is less the 1 year old and is falling apart, they are insisting that coming to staple our couch together is sufficient to the side coming off, the store takes zero responsibility and doing nothing to help, customer service Linda has been terrible and was incredibly rude and dismissive. Would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this store. We will make sure everyone we know is aware of what to expect from Pilgrim furniture and their quality of furniture and how poorly they treat customers.

Been going here for years for all our furniture needs, spent a lot of money, but as of today I am DONE! Spent almost 10k on a new bedroom set and mattress. I was told they take away the old mattress. I don't have a truck so its critical. The delivery guy looks at it and say "stain" we won't take it. Fine if that's really a thing, but THIS WAS NEVER explained to me. If I knew this up front I would have postponed delivery, but I've already taken out all the old furniture. Called the service manager, she was as helpful as a rock and refused to have them take it. So now what do I do with it. UPDATE: Added 2 stars back as Pedro the manager called me to apologize and we worked it out. However I still expect better information up front. Seems most things can be returned within 3 days after delivery, however not all. And of course the one item we wanted to return we couldn't. They have a great selection but need to step up their sales training in the mattress department.

Please, for the love of God, ask a lot of questions, multiple times. Inspect the furniture thoroughly. Read and reread everything very carefully. DO NOT trust that your salesperson is knowledgeable, or assume that they care about anything besides their commission. I gave two stars for their good selection and for the ladies at the service desk who are very nice.

The people were great and I was able to stuff a dining table and 4 chairs in my car...can't beat that and we love our new kitchen set!

I love Pilgrim Furniture. I’ve bought from you in the past. I am so excited about the beautiful table and serving table I have ordered. Kevin was a great salesman. Easy to talk to and provided excellent service as did the gentleman who assisted with the financing. We will def be shopping here for our future furniture needs! I wanted to add a picture I am so in love with my table and serving table!!

The sales associate Ken Maddalena was super helpful! He helped me stay within my budget and showed me so many different options. He also took measurements at the store for me to make sure the furniture would work in my house. Furniture is great quality!

Could not be happier that we chose Pilgrim Furniture. Used Wayside Furniture 40 years ago which turned into Pilgrim. We will keep going back. Always professional, associates are always helpful to the max. Very helpful to all our needs.

First and definitely last visit! Spoke to gentleman on the phone inquiring about a box spring they told me they had them in stock and told me the price. When I got to the store they tried to change the price to almost double the quoted amount. Then when I told them the price I was quoted they said they would give me a special deal 40% off to Match the original quoted price. Then when the price finally got back to normal they tried to charge me 2 mattress recycling fees and I’m not having any mattresses picked up and I’m not even buying a mattress. At that point i walked out I would rather not shop there again feels to much like a used car lot to me.
