I had such an amazing experience shopping at Popular Furniture on Graham Ave! This is by far, the best experience I ever had furniture shopping. This family owned business was extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in to the store. They have a huge variety and selection of furniture at great prices! Great staff, super knowledgeable, and amazing customer service! Shipping cost were cheap and even the folks that shipped and mantle the furniture were super helpful. Popular Furniture is definitely the best furniture spot in Brooklyn!
I've had very bad experiences with other furniture stores. This family owned buisness. Great place. very friendly and helpful. very honest and great prices. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for honesty and great prices. love you guy's thank you so much . will continue to shop with this store .
Great services very friendly staff. Good not great prices so that is why it 4 stars instead of 5 stars but aside from the prices it is a great furniture store. One of the best!!
M is THE best hands down! I was in and out. All of my furniture needs were met in a timely manner the attentiveness and care was unmatched M accommodated me with furniture choices and advise. She ensured that I left with a smile content with my choices. Life long customer.

This place is "HORRIBLE"!!! They tried to take advantage of my poor old grandmother. Not only did they want $450 to move my grandmother from a one bedroom apartment, but the guy HECTOR wanted to take her whirlpool washing machine and 10,000 BTU Frigidaire A/C for "FREE." No compensation what so ever. After I settled that they were not going to take the appliances they show up with 4 guys all together. Two of them looked like they were high out of there minds and reeked of booze. They damaged the little furniture she had. There were chips and scratches on her night stands, tv stands and dressers. When I asked about the damage he replied arrogantly in Spanish, "oh, that's what happens when you move." They even had the audacity to take one of her gallon water bottles and drank straight from the container without asking. After they were done moving they proceeded to stay in the apartment and lounge on my grandmothers sofa all sweaty and dirty waiting for me to pay them. They were very sloppy with the handling of the furniture and treated everything like if was garbage. At one point they broke her tv stand and said that "it's ok we'll fix." What did they do you ask? They took and hammer and nails and just start putting the shelves back together leaving worse then before! Please beware of this place!!
