Description

We’re more than just 30 minutes on a treadmill. We’re a fitness experience for you and your family. We offer tennis, rock climbing specialized and sports specific training classes to test your limits in a safe, fun and rewarding atmosphere. Pine Brook Fitness will be the new home for the iconic New Rochelle Racquet Club, The Rock Club and The Studios, a NEW top of the line fitness program.
