As a native New Yorker, always looking for a challenge, she started as a personal trainer but was soon introduced to the world of Pilates. With her certification from Pilates Sports Center and International Sports Sciences Association, she uses her caring, encouraging teaching style, keen eye for movement, and attention to detail, to help students improve their body awareness and alignment.
Sarah Brooks method combines the best of Pilates with weight training exercises adapted to each one's needs. We offer comprehensive fitness assessments, programs, and nutritional plans that are designed and implemented by a certified fitness expert. With an understanding that each individual has different needs and goals, it is important to ensure your time is spent producing the results you love!
