I rented a car on 2 separate trips from them 1 year apart and this is one of the best car rental companies I have dealt with! I will definitely go with them again when I visit next! Fair prices and they always have a good selection of vehicles.
Great place to rent cars. I got into an accident and had to use there cars for 4 months. They are very lenient and make your life easier. They deal with all the insurance and you don’t have to do anything but just drive their nice cars. Thanks again for your business.

Stay away: sketchy place with a decrepit fleet. I rented a car from this place due to sheer convenience given its immediate proximity to my home. I checked out the car at 10:50 am, gathered my stuff and headed out for a day trip at around 11:45. Once I got on the highway, I noticed that the cars alignment was horribly off, to the point where I was concerned with my families safety. I turned around and brought back the car at 12:26. They offered me a different car, but at that point our plans were already shot for the day and I no longer had confidence in the quality of their vehicle fleet. I asked them to cancel the transaction and refund my money, but they refused. They said this was because I already had the car for an hour and a half and driven 30 miles, but made consideration for the fact that this time and mileage was what was required to return in my heels and return the vehicle. It was clear to me at that point that this was a sketchy predatory vendor that was no stranger to these interactions. Save your time and money and just go elsewhere.
Very helpful , easy to rent , excellent customer service, they listen to your requests, they make it yo happen. I would recommend this company to friends & family. Michelle & Chris were awesome people. I will definitely return back to rent car from them. They are worth a lot for their services and prices.
I've been there multiple times. I sent my family and friends there. I simply love this place. I first met them after I got into an accident and the staff was extremely helpful. I was very shakey, but they calmed me down and made me feel much better, They went through the other companies insurance, so I didn't have to pay a penny for the vehicle. I got a brand new car with extremely low mileage. The car was very clean and didn't smell. I've been back there several times after that. Every single time I rented a car, it was for entertaining purposes. Every time I went there, the staff was extremely friendly, the cars were always clean, and the prices were always lower than anyone else. Platinum Car Rental is THE BEST car rental service in the world. Trust me on this one, going anywhere else is not worth your time.
Great company been renting from them for years. Michelle is very kind and her cars are clean and easy to rent. If your in this area at any of the hotels this is your place to rent. great prices too.
So rude and unprofessional. I called to rent an exotic car from them, but the girls who answered the phone didn't seem interested to earn my business, and were not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth to see what kind of cars they had available for the weekend.
This place was great! They took excellent care of me. Their vehicle selection was also very good. Everytime I'm in Los Angeles this is my go to company. They also have a 2nd Location at LAX. Thank you!
I made a reservation with Platinum rent a car. At the time I showed up to get the car i was informed that the car was not available and that no other cars were available. They apologized that the reservation does not guarantee anything. I would make a reservation with this company again.
