I’ve been frequenting this store almost weekly for a few months now. They have great people working there, and a large selection of products. Unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing anything from this store. 4/15 times that I’ve been to this store, I’ve seen sick/dead fish. I purchased a fish that was not eating and turned out he had ich and other bacterial infections. I even mentioned to one of the staff that one fish I pointed out may have ich. One week later, I went to check in on that fish and found him on the brink of death or dead. It’s 2pm as I write this and the store has been open for hours and the fish is still wasting away. Even if by a miracle this fish is alive, for this reason I will not be returning. I cannot support a business that does not care properly for their fish.
Great little place. Has fresh and saltwater fish and needs. Including water! I bought only fresh water basic fish here along with aquatic plants. Only one sick fish! She is still alive, though!
This place is AWESOME for fresh water fish lovers. Fish are healthy, plants are healthy, and a huge selection. Was very surprised to even see tanganyikan cichlids in here...not too many pet stores have them.
Came in looking for an algae eater for my peaceful community, they recommended a flagfish. It nipped the fins of every other fish in my tank over one night, so I rehomed them. Few weeks later, called asking for SAEs, they said they didn’t have any but recommended flagfish again. I told them what happened last time and they said “just put the flagfish in for a day or two to help the algae.” Uh.. no? Why would I buy a fish to keep for a day or two? What? So I don’t really trust their recommendations or fish but they have almost any equipment you could need, easily the largest equipment selection in the area. Just don’t ask for advice

Just bought and aquarium and a stand from this place, the owner asked me if I wanted the top to the aquarium. I said I would, he said he would have to order it in. He told me to call back in a couple of weeks. So I did, and to find out I have to pay for the lid now. You would think it would come with the tank I just bought. I don't like bad business like this I will not be supporting this store anymore.

Place is pretty awesome only thing I didn't like is how the staff was bouncing around from customer to customer I like the first come first serve model other than that me and my daughter had a nice experience
