I was turned away at two different places because they didn't have staff! My dog had potentially ate dark chocolate and I wasn't sure how much and she's a small dog so of course this was an emergency. Naperville animal hospital was very easy to work with they were open on Saturday and they charged a reasonable price and my dog is totally fine! Thank you so much!
Came in with my bearded dragon. Front staff were kind and helpful. The vet was amazing and didn’t rush. She did a thorough check and also gave me plenty of tips and information about my new pet that I didn’t know. Way awesome experience and the place is immaculately clean. Thank you! Highly recommend.
We’ve taken our family dogs and dogs we were fostering here for nearly 20 years. The staff is always friendly and thorough, and our family dogs have had some extra needs at times and they have always been patient and professional. Most of all, they have taken great care of my pets in emergencies. Everywhere is short staffed, so I keep that in mind when I think of my expectations.
We have been fostering a dog through this amazing non-profit, Dark Horse Dogs, and our foster was cared for through Naperville Animal Hospital. We’ve had nothing but good experiences there. The staff is super kind, caring, attentive, and thorough. We highly recommend them!

He is so caring and friendly made me feel so much better I appreciate you and everything that you did for him. 100% highly recommended for anyone looking for a vet that truly shows compassion for animals.
My husband and I have been going here for about 20 years 3 dogs. We just adopted a new dog after our dog of 13 years passed in January. Today we walked in around 4:35 to have our new dog checked out and we were told that they had been very busy and were not taking any new dogs today, even though they are open until 8. This place is first come first serve and they do not take appointments, so after a long day at work for both of us the last thing we expected to hear was that they wouldn’t see our dog. The vets here are extremely helpful and friendly, but the people behind the desk definitely need to be trained on customer service. Needless to say after over 20 years we will definitely not be going here anymore. We sat in their parking lot and made an appointment with another vet.
Cannot say enough good things about them. I had to do an emergency visit for my cat because I was worried about her delivery. They did have a long wait for the emergency room line but honestly it was worth it because they were not charging me $900+ like other places were charging for just an x-ray and exam. Staff is so friendly! I will make sure to recommend them to everyone because of their fair pricing, friendly staff and very patient vet
Fortunately, they did take in our cat for a diagnosis due to significant vomiting. It was recommended that we give her 1/4 pepsid diluted in water to calm her acid stomach. They seemed to care for our cat's condition. We will be back.
I have been going to the Naperville Animal Hospital for 17 years. Fortunately, my dogs have never been in a situation where we needed immediate attention. It has always been the annual checks and a few tests suggested at those visits that have turned up nothing of concern. Today, I discovered a growth in my dogs mouth. It’s a Saturday. They close at 2:30pm, and I was turned away at 12:32pm. It’s a 2 hour wait with 2 doctors and maybe 5 staff members. I’m so disappointed! This place is not a place you can count on when your dog needs attention. Build your relationship with a vet that will be there for those times.
My cat went in with several x-rays needing to be done & teeth to be pulled and EVERY step of the way, Allison gave me a call to let me know in detail what was going on and what the next step would be. Incredible communication. Thank you, guys!
