It's an affordable movie theater. Guests should be more considerate. There's trash at the entrance, at the lobby, everywhere. However, I witnessed staff trying to clean every step. Their popcorn was really good, but the soda machine wasn't working properly. It was a busy day it might be just that. We got our tickets online and decided to try the daybed, which include 2 tickets and popcorn, was interesting, but some of the seats were ripped, this didn't take away from the experience. Overall, I'd say it's worth it, just avoid busy days and buy your tickets online, there's no one at the door.
Giving it a 4 only because the chaos of the concession/bar area. The theater is in a shopping center that’s set up a bit wonky. The entrance area where you purchase your tickets via a kiosk sits on a slanted floor. All the thought process was put into design of the theaters and none in the concession area. It’s super small, concession shares the area with their bar. I don’t know if the “bartenders” can’t take concession orders or chose not to but that would have helped immensely. Staff in general were super friendly and helpful. The theaters were comfortable all theaters are always cold so make sure to have a jacket or blanket. The first time I have been to one where you have a choice of a regular seat, reclining seat or “bed/couch” option. All seats have tray tables which is nice and you can scan a QR code and order ford and it will be brought to you, so that’s super convenient. Overall it would have been a 5 but it’s a low 4 due to the concession area and wait time.
I go to this theater all the time. I love the seats but it does have a few annoying things. Only one restroom area in the building. They don't have any containers for you to share popcorn. You fill your own drinks so now you have to try to balance everything because there isn't a counter. You put the butter on yourself so it's only on the top not all mixed in. There small and medium popcorn is all one size medium and a large is a bag not a tub. But again, they have great seats.
I went to see the little mermaid , I haven’t been here in a few years. I give it a 4 star because the website needs to be better , I didn’t buy my ticket because one can’t see what the seats are and we’re is the screen. I didn’t want to buy with out knowing. I took the risk of going in person and in hopes tickets were available. But , it was lucky they had Tuesday is 5 dollar tickets so it was awesome. Loved how you can order food in your seat and they bring it to you , loved this. The seats are comfortable definitely coming back and not eat so I can have dinner while seeing a movie.
Would give it 5 if the AC was not so cold. Can order food and drink at your seat. Seats recline almost flat. Small and intimate. Great little cinema. Staff enthusiastically helpful.

At $8 for the matinee on opening weekend, I decided to go to this Touchstar theater. I go to theaters all over the place, but the popcorn here was some of the freshest, best-prepared popcorn I've ever had in a movie theater, AND it was reasonably priced. Kylin, the young lady at the counter who served us, was very pleasant, patient, and accommodating. The auditorium where we saw "The Flash" was clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. A variety of seating options are available, including recliners. Although our seats were standard, they were very comfortable seats. The daybeds look inviting and extremely comfortable, but I would never get one... I'd sleep during the whole movie!! If I lived in the area, this would be "my" theater.
Great movie theater if you want to be able to eat while watching a movie and not go to a crowded area. It is a low key location. There is no ticket booth. Ordered tickets online. I wish the website to purchase tickets had a little bit more clarity as to which seats reclined. the seats all look the same and it doesn't really specify what the premiere seating is. I've gone twice and discovered only the premiere seats recline. Do not get the regular seats with the extra leg room. It is a walkway for everyone to walk by throughout the movie and if you have a kid it's hard to see over the seats in front. Food is very expensive. You're looking to spend around 13 to 14 bucks for mozzarella sticks. Family of four came to $110 for tickets and food. Went to see The Little Mermaid. The gentleman next to me was on his phone for a good portion of the movie. Until I reminded him that we were in a movie, then he proceeded to take the call outside. However, his phone notification was a bright flash that went off throughout the entire movie. Also a lot of adults having conversations as if the movie was not playing.
The ADA says you CANNOT take away emergency glucose in whatever form it is needed. Someone is going to have a major medical event because these POSs will search you and dig through your insulin pouch and steal your glucose. Going to see Barbie isn't worth risking death. Hope you have great lawyers you trash!
Decent movie theater. Brought my two kids to see Elemental. The staff was all confused and gave me different answers to questions. They also search your bag even if you buy concessions. Chairs were comfy, and the kids had a good time.
