Algoa FM is a contemporary commercial radio station consumed by a broad audience including but not limited to adults aged from 25-49 years and people of all religious and/or cultural entities.
Therefore Algoa FM reserves the right to remove any information posted by an individual, group or entity which could be deemed derogatory by any one of its followers or jeopardises the reputation of the company and infringes upon the dignity of its staff, presenters, listeners and/or clients.
People who troll will immediately be banned from the page and those who comment need to be reminded that South African law does not require a person to be the originator of a defamatory post to be held liable - merely repeating or "sharing" it is sufficient to constitute defamation.
