Vacation time for your pets. Situated in the quiet countryside of Drummond. We care for all family pets. Experienced animal groomers for all breeds of dog, cat, rabbits, etc. We are also the home of the Natal Border Collie Rescue and always have a variety of pets needing new owners.

My Pomeranian fur baby is always well taken care of and always comes back her happy bouncy self , Erica is amazing.
It is really extremely sad that I have to post this. Previous hotel owner, Jeanne, set a very high standard for our pets and is an absolute superstar with our babies. She is a true animal lover! Sadly new owner Erika, left us shocked, and my 2 dogs traumatized. I booked over a week ago and at no point was I asked about the size or breed of my dogs. During my telephonic conversations with Erika, I explained my dogs personalities. She also advised that she had known them as previous owner Jeanne, had spoken about them and in fact asked her to give them a hug when she saw them. We got to the new hotel this morning it was our 2nd visit as I visited last Sunday to view. It was the 1st visit for my dogs to have a play day and socializing. As we got off the car, mind you she did not open the gate for us She immediately said "I didn't know they look like that, sorry I cant do this!" She did not even try to greet them or welcome them. This was her first reaction. My overly excited dogs were off the car and trying to run around, seeing the other dogs and horses. We were also extremely worried that our dogs were going to run off onto the road as we were in an open space, with her gate shut. When my Koko tried to say hello to Erika she screamed "Get away from me!!!". My family and I were so shocked, that a so called 'animal lover' running a dog hotel would do this. I'm sorry Erika that you felt afraid of my Koko who is a Staffie x Pitbull. I understand that his breed is often misunderstood, however Koko has grown up with so much of love. He is a big baby who has never hurt anyone. Mia is a Lab x Husky. They are both my children. Both sleep in my bed every night. They have been to puppy school, properly socialized and get very excited for new places especially when they see other dogs. I'm sorry that you did not even try to get to know them as we had been there a whole 3 minutes. I'm sorry that you don't understand all dog breeds. Please change your signage and advertising to "Hotel for certain dog breeds only".
It's a lovely place to send your fur child if you want peace of mind while you are away. They are well taken care of. It is in a lovely setting.
Dogs had a ball. Owner kept us updated on how they were doing - so awesome. Lovely environment
We were very happy with our reception, Erica is a real pet lover and our dogs were very happy with their stay.
Very nice and friendly place. Nice and safe place to book your dogs in, get the attention your pet deserves. I would of given 10 star if I could!!!
My furbabies were very well taken care of. Highly recommend this venue.
