I always get good service at Baby City Boksburg but today was just the cherry on top!! Sia helped us on the floor with everything we needed and went out of his way to set up our baby chair in our car. He is an absolute asset to the business. Thank you Sia!

Great experience shopping at this store. All staff are friendly and helpful, special shout to Vinay who went above and beyond for us. We are having our first baby and Vinay was super helpful with product knowledge and advice. The store is clean and spacious.

Awesome service and so helpful - from the Security to the store managers. Even assisted me with exchanging duplicated items i got from my babyshower with no slip vs BabyRUs that refused. Will only shop at Babycity going forward.

They're scammers. They sold me a baby bag that was sub-standard. After trying to return it they refused yet i had spend a lot of money on it.

They have great baby products at reasonable prices but frequently have speedpoint problems with certain banks making it hard to pay by card

My wife and I went there on the weekend for the first time and the service we received from everyone - cashier, security to manager, all brilliant! What a pleasure shopping there!
