Cajees Cycle Corner Boksburg

This shop is not even worth a one star rating at all!!! Please stay away and ensure that you support other service providers on the East Rand. A so called major service scheduled for 2 days took them 9 days to complete. That is surely graded as poor service to say the least. Regret the day that I decide to buy a new bicycle from them and will never support them again!!!!!

The shop is organized. However, beware, they are really overpriced. The manager takes no interest and the poor staff, who are helpful, have to suffer the customers shock at the ripoff prices. Try somewhere else first.

The bikes beautiful. Having shopped for a bike online, being able to touch, smell and just stand in the middle of well built bikes is quite an experience. They also offer laybyes for those of us who can not get the cash together in one go. The stuff is attentive, well informed, patient. The bikes though, wow.

Rather stay away. They cant even true a wheel....... 3 weeks later. Ismaeel you need a lesson in customer service, being vulgar before you answer calls in front of customers is also not a nice thing to do. You also have the audacity to change my ultegra cassette that was an 11-28 for a very well used 105 cassette that is 12-27...... After stating my case to the franchise owner, the the franchise owner has assured me the correct cassette will be replaced.

These guys are the showcase for customer service! I arrived 1 minute before closing time and they assisted me and also mde me a good deal at the till... I will be back

Took my child's bike there on Sat. 6th June to repair a flat tyre and to have the breaks checked. I then had to take it back again today cause the same tyre was flat again. They tried to charge me for another tube, which I refused to do. They took the bike In while I waited in the car. Got to the bike track with the kids and the tyre is flat again. Doesn't look like they even changed the tube. Took it there without a valve cap and got it back the same way. NO HAPPY AT ALL .

They might be able to sort the basics of a bicycle for you, but they know nothing about watch battery replacement! Gave him the watch and he produced a dagger from his pocket to pry the poor watch open, sommer there on the table they were sitting at. Once opened they realised they do not have a battery for it. Then the expert could not manage to close the watch again! I took it to Cajees in Mall of Africa in pieces, there where they know what they are doing. This place is called Cajees CYCLE Boksburg for a reason. It is not a place to have a battery replaced!

All Cajees Corners are typically all the same. If you can get a good deal, then hit it, but do your homework first, they are not above trying to rip you off.
