I received absolutely no communication until I initiated it 9 days and 7 "working" days after my order was placed and then received no apology despite raising this. I even raised this with whoever handles the WhatsApp and got blue ticked. I have never given a bad review and typically only review pages when I've had a pleasant experience so this will be my first. No updates, no apologies, just excuses... Definitely the worst customer service experience I've had to date.

I would like to commend the Party Craze team on such wonderful customer service as well as excellent products.. my items were shipped the next day and received the next day after.. I did take note of a missing item and Shane had corrected and shipped out the same day. Fantastic customer service!! Thank you, I will definitely be purchasing again!

Most of the items are not in stock and are "imported" items. Lead times are given as between 10 and 15 working days. I was disappointed by their apparent unwillingness to commit to a specific delivery date which makes it extremely difficult and risky to order goods for a party.
