Walked in the restaurant to order breakfast,today at 09:30. Right after confirming my order on the self service screen realised I ordered a wrong meal,since I chose to pay on the till the managerSiviwe/sizakeleshe wasn’t wearing her name tag .had to a staff member!! was on the cash desk. I told her might have selected the wrong meal May she kindly explain what’s the name of the burger I selected “SHE SAID SHE DOESNT KNOW!I must go back n order the correct one?whole manager??was kind of dissapointed I went back to order the correct one. Took long to prepare my order. She kept yelling at her staff members,the food was very clumsy as if she was serving dogs kindly check footage .she even spilled some customers coffie on the floor. As they were preparing my order one of the staff members asked wether she didn’t forget to put fried chips her responce was”I’m busy with other orders,Do it yourself “they gave me the boeri breakfast meal I opened indeed fries were not there. Very dissaponted and angry!will not be returning!such a disgrace! Her body language!is something else. Doesn’t have manners!complaining about working 14 days with no off days to her staff members! How’s that any of our problems as customers
McDonald's in East Rand Mall's service is an absolute joke!! Thembi the cashier had the worst attitude with us we asked for assistance. She walked away from me in the middle of helping me. She then helped someone else. She then proceded to ignore everything I said and just kept walking away. Is that how you treat your customers by refusing to help your customers?? I asked another lady for help and she said she can't do anything because its Thembi's cashier. So we never got helped. I am furious!! You have the worst staff ever!!!
Please remove your advertising of coca-cola if you are not going to sell it. Very disappointing. Just a reminder to also train your staff some manners and proper customer service.
So I today I decided to come grab something to eat quickly at ur restaurant, but the service I got from ur cashier it was something else , as if I was there to ask for credit.here comes my burger it was not what I asked for, one ask as the person who was making my food why did she make it wrong? The answer was" ahh! angina kanga mina "she laughed just like that as if I wasn't there.... As for the change wow..
Worst service, most unhelpful and rude staff. After deciding to grab a quick bite the cashier who didn’t greet, rudely told me to use the self service machine. I watched her help 2 other people before me so that is why I went to the counter. But she could not help me and was rude about it. I thought about leaving, but gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered as she rudely told me to. As I waited 15 minutes for my ONE hash brown I observed how she the same rude cashier, only assisted black people and was absolutely rude to white people and mixed race people like myself. I watched as a total of 4 customers left this establishment in disgust because of the service they received. Worst of all it tasted Absolutely disgusting.
Staff was friendly and efficient, although they got My order wrong the first time. I took it back and lady in front assisted with ease. Filling and fresh. The Hot chocolate too!
Very bad service I got yesterday.To be helped using the machine one needed to have 5.00and we were offered only hot water to do the tea ouservelves rather you sell things for tea once.
The worst experience Waited for so long to get my order and when it arrived I got cold fries with no seasoning my burger was very spicy and still cold This is the second time Macdonald's at east rand mall
Had good food, but they could do a better job with speed of service.
I just wanted to say Great customer service from Rachel Phalane I hope that’s her name cause that’s what’s written on the receipt Think she had dreadlocks beautiful customer service
