Wish there were 0 stars or -10 stars!! This place does not even deserve one star!!! My mother busy having a heart attack and they sent her home twice!!!! Had her see another Dr at a private practice and he confirmed she needs immediate help as she is having a Heart attack.
Friendly staff but they can improve with outside seating for waiting patients
I was not comfortable to take my baby to this hospital I stayed home with him from 16h00 till 03:00am because I was scared to take him to hospital knowing how medical staff treat us. When I decided to go to hospital I was assisted by Dr Mokoena I am glad to say the Dr was very helpful and explained everything in a polite way. We need personality like Dr Mokoena as community. The doctor attended us within 5 minutes of arrival
Who ever gave a 5 star rating has no idea what is going on here. They let patients sleep on plastic covered beds without the correct bedding and no pillows. You have to bring your own bedding. Staff and doctors are very rude when you want info on your loved one's condition. Visiting ours are 15h00 till 16h00 and 19h00 till 20h00. So you need to leave your sick loved one in the hands of a hospital for 19 hours who can barely care for their patients. You wait ours to get help and then they help people who came ours after you first. The food is horrific to say the least. No curtains between the beds. Bathroom lights are not working. Floors are dirty. The list goes on. Well its state so what can you expect
Very bad service, rude staff that shout at patients. My mother had a stroke and was taken to the ER. The doctor on duty, Dr Mahlangu let my mother lie there without attending to her for 2 hours. Only 3 patients in ER at that stage.... when I went in she shouted at me, why did I phone the CEO of the hospital. I had no idea what she was talking about as I did not phone any body. She and her colleague shouted at me without even greeting or ask me why i was there. But my mother was the only white patient. My mom needed oxygen and the doctor refused. Only after another stroke did she managed to get up out of her chair to instruct a nurse to give my mom oxygen. These people should not be in a position to help people as they are only there to receive a salary. I would rather die at home than to put my life in the hands of medical staff that is not there to serve people.
The dentist was good I will always go back had a good experience
