Great service, friendly and helpful staff I arrived late Saturday night they helped me as soon as I arrived at the emergency centre, gave me a scan and found the problem very quick Dr Zelda Henning is an awesome doctor This is my second visit at MidMed hospital, my first visit they helped me with pneumonia bronchitis in 2012 I recommend this hospital
Giving you a star for the sake of you operating. Your service sucks honestly. I brought my son with head injury And bleeding, no urgency and empathy from Reception at all. Got here around 5 and now it's 6 and son is still waiting at reception with headache and blood
I wish I had enough words to thank each person I dealt with today. From Admissions, to Ward 2, to Theater staff, Dr E Swarts, Anesthesiologist. Even they guy that pushed my bed to theater. I have been in quite a few hospitals in my life, but none of them can even compare to the amazing service I received today at MidMed. If I remembered all of your names, I would've mentioned each one to give credit. Thank you for making me feel safe, loved. The guy that pushed me to theater - you saw my pain, emotionally, your prayer gave me hope! Just thank you! Thank you 1 million times × another million! Thank you for choosing to work in the field God has chosen for you, and working because its your passion,not just to get another pay check!
My two year old girl enters the emergency unit with ambulance just after 18h00, blunt force laceration to the rear of her head and we are told to wait for shift change!!! Great job at making people feel like true animals Midmed. Thanks for allowing my baby girl the privilege to bleed while your shifts change.
A huge thank you to all the angels working in ward 1 and ward 2. Appreciate all your patience, love, service-with-a-smile and kindness shown towards my 86 year old mother yesterday and today. I appreciate you all so much. So much professionalism.... from the cleaners upwards. I salute and respect you all. #midmed can be s0 proud of you! Much love to all of you kind regards reinette

Went to Emergency service some Nurses very rude and incompatent drawing blood
MICU wonderful staff for 2 days. Then got moved to Ward 7... Worst Ward I've ever been in my life! Very rude nurses,dirty bathroom,bathroom door lock broken, no hot water.No snacks ordered for me as a diabetic when asking repeatedly then bringing me snacks they got together not allowed for diabetics.Sugar level then dropping to 2.4 without snack. Only test sugar levels every 4 hours not before every meal even when asked like agreed with Doctor.Had to ask so many times for the nurses to test i decided to test and eat after an hour.They don't even know when your sugar level is high and what is low basic training for nurses. This is suppose to be one of the best hospitals and well trained staff??
The nurses are the only reason I'd go back, they were very friendly.. But I am extremely upset with Dr Zelda Henning. She was very cold and rushed when she spoke to me. After surgery she assured me I was fine and 100% healthy. A few short months later I had to go to Cape Town for Drs there to remove several growths she had not seen one. She also stitched me up so badly, the scars are massive. You could see that it was not a priority of hers te work neatly. I am very self conscious about the scars she left me with, compared to the scars the CT Drs left me with which you can hardly see.
Best hospital in the country. My daughter and I were both born in this hospital. I don't remember how the service was when I was born but it must have been great. Many other times my wife, me or daughter have been submitted and only twice have I had bad experiences with the casualties, service was very slow but with the new recent setup it is fast and more convenient.
