The service was perfect and the food was fresh. The stuff was friendly and the place is clean. Level 1 precautions were observed with social distancing. It's only the hand dryer in the male toilet that's broken.
Good day, i bought remix for R32.90 at birch acres mall only to find this when i get home, spoiled meat. the service was not good at all, i ordered softtwill for kids no serviettes were given when i ask they didn't give me. i had to ask for earphones which were supposed to be given as is part of the promotion.
Visited the restaurant on the 03 Nov 22- 21:30 Google says they close at 10pm and I assumed that I'd get assistance as starving as I was on a weekday,after a long day at work... I was told to get out of my car and go withdraw cash to make a payment when the car before me and the one after were assisted with no hesitation. The lady who was assisting had no name badge on and said her name was "Zama"... I'm not one to go around throwing tantrums but I feel like the disrespect from those who are supposed to be serving and assuring customer satisfaction is just beyond me and I'd never want that for myself if I was a business owner... Above anything else,I'm out of words and I'm HIGHLY disappointed by the service we get from people that aren't properly trained for certain jobs.
Hi, All I'm asking is that can kfc go back to basics...like train your stuff like in the olden days where customer service was a priority. When we buy food we don't do it on credit or we are not given for free...so the stuff there ,young ladies must not treat us like we're given food for free. Today was havoc....we had go ask for our orders.they didn't call out numbers, nothing on the screen, attitude was super nasty. Those girls lack respect for customers and the service sucks.
It's not too bad and the service is good Parking: It's very difficult to park As there are vehicle that are permanently parking near KFC and less parking for customers
