Absolutely terrible thought towards quality of freshness. Yes I understand we have loadshedding and power outages. But that doesn't mean to not check the quality of your refrigerated products. I am absolutely appalled, I purchased a refrigerated item only to open it at home to find it full of mold, even though it's expiry date is February 2023. Never shopping there again

The center is well taken care of even though there is an informal settlement right next to the center. The service at Pick n Pay Glen Balad Mall is reasonable but nothing special compared to the other centers in the area. Staff are friendly and they have everything you require for your grocery shopping.

Clean and spacious, can easily move past other customers. The layout was common and signs helps a lot when searching for a product .

Has everything I need. Despite the problems we had with the power supply, they still were able to meet my needs. Congrats to management and staff. I think you're amazing. This is my favorite Pick n Pay store

Fairly big footprint, clean, pleasant shopping experience, good amount of stock.

Great shop however today they only score a mediocre 3 stars, should rate it lower as they had doughnuts on display and I thought that's an idea as I had purchased these before and they were very nice, so I bought four. These were so dry and tasted dusty and stale, they were disgusting. That's why I rated them only 3 stars. If you going to put product on display make sure the food is fresh. I won't buy those again.

We had Sushi ons Wednesday and what a feast. The staff at Glen Ballad is outstanding. At the liquor store Manager Neil and his staff provides excellent service. Which is his best outstanding attribute.

Very nice shop, staff at deli was very helpful, goods always fresh and in stock 95% had a very friendly cashier yesterday. Feels good to receive friendly service.
