Awesome experience from start to finish.. The massage was definitely what I needed, I honestly felt a lot better when I was leaving. Facial was so relaxing & very refreshing. I had a very good time at the spa. Therapists are very friendly and professional providing after care recommendations. It was truly worth my time .
Very professional therapists, we were treated so well, their services are very affordable.
Overall was not happy with our experience there. A massage is about the experience, not just the massage. I did enjoy my massage and facial by Gail, who was very good. However, the place looks dirty. We were placed in a tiny room with a roller garage door on the outside, so every time the room door was opened the garage door would rattle - not very peaceful for a spa treatment. There was no table or anything to place our clothes, that's how small the room was. The floors were dirty and sticky, and the material on the beds were cracking. The pillows did not smell clean either. When I turned over I saw that the pillows were placed on the floor which completely freaked me out because I had to put my head on that same pillow again! I would expect that a spa is clean... Wouldn't visit this place again, even with a voucher that seemed worth it

Friendly environment to learn and they offer Accredited Certificates and Courses.
Okay for a cheap massage. The therapists are friendly however the spa has no ambiance. The products used at the spa weren't very appealing either and the floor was really dirty had black marks. The location isn't good either, it seems dodgy. A body scrub was used on my face and I am not pleased about that at all as I now have scrape marks on my face. Overall, I only enjoyed the massage. I would suggest that cleanliness and presentation become the top priority above all
