The hotel is absolutely great, it’s in the centre of everything that you’d want to do in the city , there are literally so many attractions a stone throw away from the hotel. The rooms are nice and cosy and the views that we had were gorgeous , the one disappointment was not getting a Juliet balcony in my room as I had thought that was a standard feature with all their rooms . I would recommend that they add at-least 1 South African 24 hour news channel so that guests can stay up to date with the current affairs of the country. Breakfast was always such a treat and the restaurant at the hotel really means you don’t even have to leave to go out for meals .
The food is amazing. Staff is so accommodating. Perfect for small intimate gatherings like baby shower with clise friends. Saw two while there. Loved it

Had a late lunch today at the hotel wiki deal. The service was poor. Extremely poor. The food was bland and some items on the menu were not available. We waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks order tea and hot chocolate. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for a dining experience.Service: 1/5
They must just improve on the WiFi and have emergency solar lights during power outage at nightsRooms: 4/5
Very comfortable place to stay. Location was also good, very convenient to most places. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Very nice place. The food is great and it's not crowded at all. The staff are kind and helpful as well. Overall I would say it's a very nice place to have dinner. Very pleased.
Excellent hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well kept facilities. Great assistance for travellers who are not familiar with the area.
