Had a very relaxing experience, Receptionist was really helpful n friendly over the phone and upon my arrival. Lady who did my treatments. full body massage, eyebrow wax n tint & pedicure was really sweet and professional. My heels were abit dry after the treatment but I overall had a good experience.
DO NOT BOOK HERE. This spa is shocking. My girlfriend booked massages a week in advance only to be told on the day when she called to check the time of the appointment that she had no booking. Those massages for her and a friend for the friend's birthday. Thanks to Suntra, that friend is getting nothing for her birthday. They were hardly apologetic and seem to care little about rectifying their error. If you want a special day, go to another spa.
I have had laser on my legs, bikini and under arms. it is so amazing- I don't need to shave anymore or worry about unsitely hair. the therapists are very professional and the Spa is clean. I love being hair free
I had a medi pedi two weeks ago...I have had many medi pedis before...but this is the first time ever after having one at suntra spa, did I have to come home to put oil and cream on my heels straight after as my heels where so cracked and dry....not impressed...2min foot massage...
what a great experience of relaxation and pampering...the beauty consultant knows her job and the body succombed to every massage...highly recommended
Shocking experience - appointment scheduled for 18:45 and by 19:15 30mins later nobody had informed us about anything. Spend your money elsewhere!
Extremely bad service they couldnt even get the booking right. I would never go there again and dont recommend Suntra
