In my whole life i have NEVER seen staff the way i saw today!!  From a cleaner to a doctor they all greet you if they see you...and assist you with a smile!  The nurses are going out of there way to make sure you are fine and happy and have all you need My baby of 12 months had a Operation today... Her first ever Operation...  They made it worth while They comfort us  Everything was clean  Everything was talked through We felt HOME!  All i can say is THANK YOU Cure Day Bloemfontein!!!!  I will keep coming back forever!!! You are a example tomany other hospitals

Really Good service from the reception to the nurses and doctors . They checked up on me regularly and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely come back for any future surgery to this hospital.

Went in on 1 June 2022 and 3 June 2022 for an eye op by Prof Wayne Marais. Excellent treatment and services by both the Prof and the staff both at the Rooms and Hospital..Keep it up! Special shout out to Sister Cathy at the theatre

The service was exceptional!  I would like to thank each and everyone there from reception to nurses to theatre!  They took great care of me, was kind and patient.

Worst start to the long day ever. The lady of color,  at reception was extremely rude and arrogant. Shouted at myself and my parents when we went to admit and get paperwork in order. We understand that there is rules and regulations regarding covid protocol however there was no notices put up to say only patient needs to enter. Nothing was examined. Just shouted at and drew the attention of other patients that were present.  Extremely unhappy about the experience. Just a pity it was too.late to change hospitals. Will definitely not be returning for the next operation as it is a 2 phase one.

Everyone was very friendly and kind and although my mom walks slowly they waited  for us. They gave mom Capoucino to drink while waiting for me to come out of theatre. Before the op we saw more kind people informing me on what to expect and on after-care! When I came back in the ward a sister immediately took my blood pressure, gave me something to drink, and something for pain. The physio came almost immediately after that. And even the dr and anastesiologist came to check on me! Thank you for a wonderful friendly feeling even though an op is a stressful event! Keep on doing this wonderful work!

This hospital gives new meaning to healthcare. Compitend, helpful and friendly staff makes a bad experience much easier.

Friendly staff from reception to the Doctors and nurses.The Doctors gave me a step by step explanation of how my daughter's operation was gona go and all.The only thing that bothered me was the cleaning staff,it felt like they were chasing us out as they started removing sheets and cleaning while my daughter was crying histerically from the anesthesia and i was busy trying to calm her down.We literally had to go sit at reception until she was OK but other than that everything was perfect.
